The Dallas County Republican Party was one of the few groups given access to conduct a closer review of election systems used in their county. The number and magnitude of issues is alarming.

Of immediate concern is the finding that ExpressVote machines, used in many Florida counties, were found to be flipping votes. These are typically used for those with disabilities, but in some counties, such as Palm Beach, they are the default voting method provided at all early voting sites. Citizens have already been voicing concerns about these machines as they print a barcode along with text of your candidate and other selections. But the tabulator reads the barcode, which a person is of course unable to read. Again, we are told to "trust the system".

If you find that ExpressVote machines are in use at your polling location:

    1. Request a regular ballot that you can fill out manually.

    2. If you must use an ExpressVote machine, be sure to check over the printed ballot and make sure the printed results match your selections.

They refuse to remove the machines that are obviously malfunctioning? Remove the people who refuse to do the job they were hired and paid to do.
