Doral, Florida - The Declaration of Independence in 1776 proclaimed that: “governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed.” This consent is granted through elections, where citizens choose their representatives, and those representatives are held to account. When the integrity of elections is compromised, however, the result is unjust and illegitimate government.

In the United States our elections have been compromised. In particular, the presidential election of 2020 was both rigged and stolen. It was rigged by all the lying from the political opposition, the mainstream media and other cultural institutions. It was stolen by out-of-control mail-in ballots, coordinated late counting and dirty voter rolls. This occurred especially in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia and Arizona. Democrat operatives did it, and the Republican establishment let them do it, and were relieved that it was done. All this election fraud occurred under cover of Covid.

The evidence of the steal of the presidential election in 2020 is there for all with the discernment to see:

    1. In 2020 Biden received 81 million popular votes, while in 2024 Harris received only 75 million. Where did all those votes for Biden disappear only four years later? Some went to Trump, but most were cast unlawfully. In Atlanta, the election authorities claimed a false water-main break to send home all Republican poll-watchers. The authorities stayed behind to count boxes of ballots pulled out from under tables. In Detroit and Philadelphia, they covered up the windows of the rooms where votes were being counted.

    2. Mark Zuckerberg and other Big Tech oligarchs spent over $400 million to fund the private takeover of public election administration in Wisconsin and other swing states, all staffed by Democrat operatives. Multiple states relaxed their safeguards that normally maintain election integrity in order to facilitate voting during the Wuhan flu epidemic. In Pennsylvania, these revisions were approved by court order, instead of by the state legislature, as required by the Constitution.

    3. Free speech was suppressed by social media platforms, especially with respect to Hunter Biden’s laptop and subsequently the letter from 51 intelligence officials. A poll showed that over 15% of Biden voters would have voted for Trump had they known the truth.

    4. The Democrat opposition, the mainstream media and affiliated cultural institutions, such as Hollywood and academia, all colluded to promote such lies as Russia collusion, impeachment over Ukraine and other false accusations, such as the violation of the emoluments clause of the Constitution.

    5. Election results for 17 bellwether counties since 1984, which have backed the winner in every election except in 2020, went for Trump in all but one such county.

    6. Finally, new evidence in 2024 from the Democrat Chairwoman of Commissioners in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, shows that Democrat operatives have no respect for the rule of law in their efforts to overturn election results. She said: “People violate laws any time they want.”

For example, see Mollie Hemingway’s book, “Rigged: How the Media, Big Tech and Democrats Seized Our Elections” (2021).

    Carter-Baker Commission in 2005

After the muddled presidential election of 2000, Congress formed a bipartisan commission to study and make recommendations on election procedures. This commission was led by former President Jimmy Carter, a Democrat, and former Secretary of State James Baker, a Republican. This commission became particularly concerned with the risks of mail-in voting. They reported that: “Absentee ballots remain the largest source of potential voter fraud….Citizens who vote at home, at the workplace or in church are more susceptible to pressure, covert or subtle, or to intimidation….Vote-buying schemes are far more difficult to detect when citizens vote by mail.”

Back then, even mainstream media supported the commission’s findings. The New York Times reported in 2012 that: “Votes cast by mail are less likely to be counted, more likely to be compromised, and more likely to be contested than those cast in a voting booth….The flaws of absentee voting raise questions about the most elementary promises of democracy.” Nevertheless, today almost a dozen states, including California, Oregon and Nevada, rely exclusively on mail-in voting.

The Carter Center in Atlanta, which continues the commission’s work monitoring election procedures, also warned that any private collection of mail-in ballots is inherently suspect. Yet many states allow such harvesting of ballots. The Carter Center praised rules requiring mail-in ballots to be notarized.
In Florida elections this year, a large number of mail-in ballots were mysteriously requested in some races on a single date well before Election Day. The request in Congressional District 14 (Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties) is the subject of litigation in Tallahassee.

    New Federal Legislation

Accordingly, election integrity requires new legislation and enforcement. Most election legislation occurs at the state level, where it should remain, but Congress should consider the following legislation to govern federal elections throughout the Union.

    1. Only United States citizens should be allowed to vote in elections. They are the only people who have a lawful stake in America. There should also be no foreign donations allowed into our elections. Too many foreigners have an interest in our election results, and they should not be allowed to exercise their anti-American influence. Similarly, only citizens should be counted in the census for apportionment of Congressional Districts. Mere residents do not have a stake in America, and distort the levels of representation.

    2. Photo voter ID should be required. It should be issued by a government entity, such as a Drivers License or a Passport. The ID should also confirm United States citizenship. Mere electric bills, student ID’s and the like are not sufficient. Most countries around the world have national photo ID cards, which are used for much more than voting. We do not need that, but they are useful for voting. Funny that Kamala Harris won almost every state with no voter ID requirement, 14 out of 50. Nationwide polls show overwhelming support for requiring voter ID, even among black citizens.

    3. In-person voting should be required, except when there are reasonable excuses, where absentee ballots may be allowed. Such excuses include required travel, disability, military service and the like. Absentee ballots should be notarized. One day voting is preferred, but our Election Day is on the busiest day of the working week. Accordingly, some early voting, for not more than a week or so, may be allowed.

    4. Voter rolls must be cleaned up and brought up to date. The United States citizenship of all registered voters must be confirmed. Similarly, voter rolls must be kept up to date, with prompt adjustments for registered voters who die, move or are otherwise not at the same address. Incorporate Social Security death records. Registration should be required at least 30 days before Election Day.

    5. Insecure voting systems, especially those subject to hacking and malfunction, must be replaced. Use hand-marked paper ballots, hand-counting where practicable, and simple tabulating machines. Prohibit electronic voting machines and all other connections with the Internet. Count all ballots not later than Election Day. All ballots counted after Election Day are presumed to be invalid. Count ballots at the precinct level, and avoid centralized counting centers. Slow counting is a sign of election fraud. The Republican National Committee has filed a federal lawsuit in Mississippi opposing the counting of ballots after Election Day, and they plan to take it to the Supreme Court if necessary.

    6. Confirm the accuracy of election results before certification. Conduct a post-election independent audit at the precinct level. Preserve the chain of custody of ballots.

    7. Permit meaningful poll-watching, without criminalizing citizens who participate in over-seeing election workers. At a Milwaukee central counting center in 2024, poll-watchers observed errors in the tabulating machines. They required the errors to be corrected and the counting to be done over. Also recruit bipartisan poll-workers.

    8. Regularize voting by military personnel, similar to absentee voting, and review voting by civilians residing overseas.

    9. Eliminate Ranked Choice Voting and electing the President via the National Popular Vote. Protect the Electoral College.

    10. Permit citizens to have standing to challenge electoral irregularities. Voter fraud is almost impossible to remedy after it has occurred. It can almost only be prevented in advance.

Many of these suggestions have been championed by Cleta Mitchell of the Election Integrity Network. After the fraudulent 2020 presidential elections, a new election integrity movement has risen among grassroots conservatives, and we are focused on returning America to its founding status as a representative republic. This representation is maintained through free and fair elections.
