While Governor Ron De Santis (R-FLA) has called for a grand jury across Florida to investigate covid “vaccinations,” there is another serious movement afoot on the county level that has spread across four Florida counties so far, and has been endorsed by a major international bioweapons expert, Dr. Francis Boyle.
Dr. Joseph Sansone in Lee County, Florida has started a movement with a “Ban the Jab” campaign calling upon the Governor and Florida Attorney General to confiscate and remove the Pfizer, J/J and Moderna covid “vaccinations” calling them biological weapons.
Dr. Francis Boyle has endorsed Sansone and all those supporting this ban, confiscation and the removal of these vaccination - ‘shots’ as they referred to them as well as bioweapons.
Dr. Boyle is the draft architect of the United States domestic implementing legislation of the Biological Weapons Convention, known as the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989 that was passed unanimously by both the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate, and signed into law by President George H.W. Bush with the approval of the United States Department of Justice in 1989. It is important to note this legislation was approved by the Department of Justice legally for all lawyers in the U.S. and internationally.
Dr. Boyle is currently a Professor of Law at the University of Illinois.
On April 6, 2023, Dr. Boyle wrote his support in an email to Dr. Sansone, which was verified by CDMedia.
“I write in the strongest support of this Resolution. These Nazi Covid Frankenshots are part of an offensive biological warfare weapons system that is existentially dangerous to the lives, health, and well-being of the People of Florida. They must be terminated immediately,” wrote Boyle.
Dr. Sansone is a psychotherapist professionally. He is also a member of the Lee County Republican Executive County. He is a precinct leader.
Three months ago, in February 2023, the Lee County Republican Party passed a resolution declaring Covid-19 injections “biological weapons” and called upon Governor Ron DeSantis and the state legislature to ban Covid -19 injections and all mRNA injections in the state of Florida. The Lee County Republican Party also called for Attorney General Ashley Moody to confiscate all vials of the bioweapons and conduct a forensic audit of their contents.
After a vigorous debate, the Lee County Executive Committee passed the resolution with the necessary 2/3rds vote.
“The dead can’t speak. We must speak for them. Americans are being targeted by foreign entities and elements of the intelligence community with these biological weapons, they are being murdered, and permanently disabled. Our politicians can’t continue to pretend this isn’t happening,” stated Dr. Sansone at the time.
“The elective body has unified behind this issue as evidenced by tonight’s landslide vote. We’re not asking anybody’s permission to lead,” added Sansone.
“All of our elected officials take an oath to support the Constitution. The state of Florida has a duty to protect Floridians from a foreign or domestic attacks with biological weapons,” stated Robert Valenta, former State Senate candidate, and Republican Executive Committee member.
Board Secretary, Leslie Jander, said, “calling this a vaccine is like calling a man a woman.”
Long time executive committee member, Adele Amico said, “This is the right thing to do. We can’t ignore this.”
Executive committee member, Michael Peters, a grandson of a Holocaust survivor stated, “The Nuremberg Code is sacrosanct. Joseph Mengele would’ve worshipped Anthony Fauci. We said ‘Never Again’, yet It Is Happening Again.”
Former school board candidate and executive committee member, Denise Nystrom said, “Our elected officials need to hear us on this and act to protect the people.”
Board Treasurer, John David McGehe, reported, “We intend to use online funds raised to lobby the State of Florida hard on this issue.”
Robert Valenta, also said, “I call on other Republican counties across the state to join us in this effort. Now is not the time to be timid.”
The Ban the Jab Resolution reads as the following:
Whereas strong and credible evidence exists that Covid 19 and Covid 19 injections are biological and technological weapons,
Whereas Pfizer’s clinical data revealed 1223 deaths, 42,000 adverse cases, 158,000 adverse incidents, and approximately 1,000 side effects,
Whereas an enormous number of humans have died and or have been permanently disabled,
Whereas strong and credible evidence exists that Covid mRNA shots alter human DNA,
Whereas government agencies, media and tech companies, and other corporations, have committed enormous fraud by claiming Covid injections are safe and effective,
Whereas a statewide grand jury is investigating Covid vaccine crimes,
Whereas continued experimentation on humans and denial of informed consent are violations of the Nuremberg Code and therefore constitute crimes against humanity,
Be it Further Resolved:
On behalf of the preservation of the human race, the Lee County Republican Party calls upon Governor DeSantis and the state legislature to prohibit the sale and distribution of Covid injections and all mRNA injections in the state of Florida, and for the state Attorney General to immediately seize all Covid injections and mRNA injections in the state of Florida and have a forensic analysis conducted.
