Yesterday we released a video by election integrity activist and data analyst Chris Gleason which outlined in his words how the Florida legislature is attempting to 'codify' alleged election fraud by stealthily passing an 'election integrity law' backed by Governor Ron DeSantis. Gleason attests the law seeks to prevent critical election machine reporting from being released which shows a massive organized crime operation in Florida rigging elections, instead of actually promoting election integrity.
Yesterday, Gleason filed a massive FOIA request to obtain data, the release of which he says the Florida legislature is attempting to block through the new legislation.

Pursuant to Article I, section 24 of the Florida Constitution, and Chapter 119, F.S. and Chapter 98.0981, I am requesting the following: copies of reports within the Florida Secretary of State's and or the Division of Elections office for all 67 Florida Counties:
FOR THE FOLLOWING ELECTIONS:
We are requesting that this data be provided in the .txt digital format that you are required to maintain per Florida Statute 98.0981 - Reports; voting history; statewide voter registration system information; precinct-level election results; book closing statistics; live turnout data.—
We are requesting that this data be provided for the time period covering October 1, 2018 to Present.
According to Florida Statute 98.0981
"The department shall make such information available on a searchable, sortable, and downloadable database via its website that also includes the file layout and codes. The database shall be searchable and sortable by county, precinct, and candidate. The database shall be downloadable in a tab-delimited format. The database shall be available for download county-by-county and also as a statewide file. Such report shall also be made available upon request."
I am requesting the statewide and county by county files. My request includes the following:
(c) The files containing the precinct-level election results shall be created in accordance with the applicable file specification:
1. The precinct-level results file shall be created or converted into a tab-delimited text file.
2. The row immediately before the first data record shall contain the column names of the data elements that make up the data records. There shall be one header record followed by multiple data records.
3. The data records shall include the following columns: County Name, Election Number, Election Date, Unique Precinct Identifier, Precinct Polling Location, Total Registered Voters, Total Registered Republicans, Total Registered Democrats, Total Registered All Other Parties, Contest Name, Candidate/Retention/Issue Name, Candidate Florida Voter Registration System ID Number, Division of Elections Unique Candidate Identifying Number, Candidate Party, District, Undervote Total, Overvote Total, Write-in Total, and Vote Total.
In compliance with FS 98.015(13)(a), F.S., no request being presented in this FOIA document would “facilitate unauthorized access to or the unauthorized modification, disclosure, or destruction of:
1. Data or information, whether physical or virtual; or
2. Information technology resources as defined in s. 119.011(9), which includes:
a. Information relating to the security of a supervisor of elections’ technology, processes, and practices designed to protect networks, computers, data processing software, and data from attack, damage, or unauthorized access; or
b. Security information, whether physical or virtual, which relates to a supervisor of elections’ existing or proposed information technology systems.”
Therefore, no part of this request should be denied. However, should you deny my request, or any part of the request, please state in writing the basis for the denial, including the exact statutory citation authorizing the denial as required by s. 119.07(1)(e), F.S.; and clearly print your name and title, and sign this denial.
It is known that these records are available in SOE files and on the SOE computer files and can be copied and pasted within minutes and sent to requestor as required by Florida Statutes within a reasonable time.

As all of the requested information should readily be available on your local hard drives I expect that the .txt file shall take little to no time to compile.
It is also my understanding that since you are all committed to ensuring that Florida is the GOLD STANDARD of elections being FREE, FAIR and TRANSPARENT. I expect you to comply with my request in accordance with the rule of law that Secretary of State Cord Byrd claimed to be such a champion for today in his appearance before the Senate Ethics Committee.
