The Jeff Buongiorno vs Wendy Link and Palm Beach County Canvassing Board election challenge really heated up this week. There were shocking allegations of attorney misconduct, by the plaintiff that included improper use of county taxpayer funds, that were specifically barred by law.
It seems that Wendy Link has been using Palm Beach County taxpayer funds to litigate cases in which involved violations of Florida Statute 838.022 “Official Misconduct”, other election crimes and bad faith conduct that clearly falls outside her official duties.
One of the challenges Buongiorno raised was that her use of county funds to pay for her defense against election fraud, official misconduct, bad faith activities, that personally benefitted her and harmed Buongiorno was a violation of Florida Statute 111.07 which prohibits government from paying for official misconduct, fraud, crimes and bad faith legal actions.
One of the issues being litigated was allegations that Wendy Link illegally delayed, concealed, altered and denied public records that Buongiorno had requested in order to contest the election.
Perhaps, one of the most egregious and absurd issues being alleged was tied to an election record / public records that had been requested in 2023. One of the documents had been illegally altered, and to conceal this activity, Wendy Link’s accomplices back dated the system date on the computer that was used to generate the official election records.
This was done to evade detection from the Audit Logs date/time stamping.
The system had been backdated to September 13, 1984 as you can clearly see below.

This massive discovery of fraud was covered by the Miami Independent.

After this discovery occurred, someone within Link’s office also caught their mistake…So they did what any unintelligent criminal would do, they tried to cover up the evidence of their felonious activity. See below.

The Palm Beach County Supervisor responded with a chain of emails that defy any logical basis and were devoid of any technological understanding of replacing a CMOS battery.

If the CMOS battery had been replaced, the date would not have reverted to September 13, 1984. In fact for the dell computer that was used it would have reverted to the year 2000.
Even if the computer had reverted to 1980, then the computer would have had to be running without a date update for four years, nine months, thirteen days, four hours and twenty three minutes.

As you can see above they claimed that the Public Records Request was made in 2022. However, it was actually made in 2023 as confirmed in the earlier Miami Independent Article referenced above. Alison Novoa claimed that the information had been posted on the far right underground publication The Miami Independent.
Curiously, they claimed to have addressed this issue at the time of the publication of the article. How did they address the issue?

NEW DISCOVERY
The magical election fraud portal offered new and surprising evidence today, as these Official Election Records and Public Records have been completely deleted from the CivicPlus Portal.
EDITOR'S NOTE: The image below is showing that the PRRs requested are not present in the system under the requester's account as of yesterday.

Is this how Wendy Link and her reports addressed the issue?
Typically all of the Public Records made by a requester would show up in the CivicPlus Portal. Oddly, the earlier ones made in 2023 are no longer there.
We know that they exist, as the CivicPlus portal had sent confirmations and message to the requesters email address.

Further deepening the “Official Misconduct” of Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections is the fact that the “Requester” was charged $693.12 for these “Official Election Records” aka “Public Records.
The records provided were first altered/forged/uttered for payment of money.
This is a felony, this is fraud.
Deleting these “Official Records” aka “Public Records” is a felony under Florida Statutes 838.022.
Because this was done via the internet on servers across state lines, CivicPlus is located in Kansas, this is also a federal felony (Wire Fraud).
The “Official Election Records” were for a Federal Election. The altering of these Federal Election records is also a Federal Election Crime.

The concealment/deleting of these “Election Records” is yet another Federal Felony.
There have been numerous Public Records requests made to CivicPlus related to the Admin/User Audit Activity Logs related to these very specific public records requests.
CivicPlus who markets themselves as having and auditable trail for “Public Records Requests” claimed that to provide these records would take 40 man hours of extensive software development time billed at $200 per hour.
How much fraud and official misconduct will it take for the removal of Wendy Link, the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections who received more votes that Donald Trump or Kamala Harris in the 2024 General Election?

Does President Donald Trump know that the person supervising the election in his home county is more popular than he or Kamala Harris was?

Wendy Link might just be the next democrat darling who as a down ballot candidate managed to get more votes for her race than either United States Presidential Candidate…
After all we know that the Supervisor of Elections race is the most important one on the ballot.
As this story continues to develop we will keep you informed.
