CORRECTION: We initially said Judge Ramsberger denied Gleason's injunction, but it was Judge Crane. Ramsberger has been assigned the case going forward.

Pinellas Count, FL JUDGE CRANE has denied a complaint for a temporary injunction in the Pinellas County, Florida race for Supervisor of Elections, currently held by Julie Marcus. THE CASE HAS BEEN MOVED TO JUDGE RAMSBERGER.

The Miami Independent and plaintiff, candidate Chris Gleason have shown ample evidence that approximately 219,000 'vote by mail' ballots were ordered on the same day, Jun 23, and likely done fraudulently. June 23 was a Sunday, and the Pinellas election offices were closed, so the chance is almost nil that 219k voters ordered ballots that day. In addition, it is very unlikely 219,000 voters ordered ballots on the same day.

There are many signed affidavits from people who received ballots but did not order them. This is a felony in Florida. Even Tampa Bay Times reporters were caught on tape the day of the election saying they did not order ballots, but received them anyway.

It is possible these ballots were harvested and voted for Marcus, against Gleason.

Judge Ramsberger denied all of these claims.

We will report more on this story as information is received, as the situation has national importance for November of this year.
