Miami Mayor Francis Suarez spoke on Fox Business earlier today with Stuart Varney, initially talking about the America Business Forum being held in Miami on November 5-6.
"What's interesting about this moment is it comes on the heels of New York electing a Democratic Socialist,"said Saurez. "So, New York is going in one direction and Miami with the America Business Forum is going in a diametrically different direction, and that's going to have significant implications for the future of our country."
"It's like a market shift," continued Suarez. "You see the pre-buying happening in Miami."
"I believe there is going to be a 30-40% increase in real estate prices over the next six months to a year," Suarez added.
