I have been out speaking with deeply concerned voters. Most people tell me that they believe that there has been significant fraud and cheating in elections.
This comes from democrats, no party affiliation, independents, libertarians, republicans, etc.
Over the past week, the current Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections Julie Marcus sent out over 200K vote by mail ballots to people listed on the Pinellas County voter roll. Tens of thousands of these vote by mail ballots were sent out to addresses that were outdated or bad. Resulting is a massive opportunity for fraud and ballot harvesting.
I have been receiving reports from deeply concerned Pinellas County voters that they have been receiving vote by mail ballots despite having never requesting them.
WHO REQUESTED THESE VOTE BY MAIL BALLOTS FOR PINELLAS COUNTY VOTERS?
VR Systems Inc, has been sending email notifications to Pinellas County voters that they had requested a vote by mail ballot.
I have been receiving phone calls, emails and people come up to me to tell me that they received an email, telling them that they ordered a vote by mail ballot when they did no such thing.
- If this happened to you contact the Florida Office of Election Crimes and Security via email at [email protected] and inform them that someone requested a vote by mail ballot for you without your permission.
- Send an email to Dustin Chase, the Pinellas County Deputy Supervisor of Elections [email protected] and request that he provide you with a certified copy of the Official Election Records showing your vote by mail ballot request.
- Send an email to Bruce Bartlett, the Pinellas County State Attorney at [email protected] and request a special investigation by the current grand jury.
IF NOT YOU…THEN WHO?
If you did not request the vote by mail ballot, then who did it for you?
Requesting a vote-by-mail ballot for another person can be considered a crime under Florida law unless you have legal authority to do so. Specifically, Florida statutes regulate who can request vote-by-mail ballots and how they must be handled.
Florida Statutes
1. Florida Statutes Section 101.62:
- This section outlines the procedures for requesting vote-by-mail ballots. A request for a vote-by-mail ballot must be made by the voter, an immediate family member, or the voter’s legal guardian.
- Immediate family members are defined as the voter’s spouse, parent, child, grandparent, or sibling.
2. Florida Statutes Section 104.0616:
- This statute makes it illegal for anyone to request a vote-by-mail ballot on behalf of another person with the intent to interfere with the voter’s right to vote or to commit fraud.
- Penalty: Violations of this statute can result in a third-degree felony charge, punishable by up to five years in prison, a fine of up to $5,000, or both.
Legal Authority
You are allowed to request a vote-by-mail ballot for another person only if you are an immediate family member or legal guardian of the voter. Doing so without proper authorization is considered fraudulent and is subject to criminal prosecution.
There is a system in place whereby these bad addresses can be removed monthly. Why has this not been done?? Over one million bad registrations (invalid addresses) were removed after 2022. Didn't Pinellas do so?
