At a time when every Constitution-loving Republican should be celebrating the God-given reprieve from Communism which we received with the election of Donald Trump, the ”Republican” Party of Florida has doubled down on its war against MAGA Republicans in their state. There are several stories out of several counties, but here, I want to tell you how one man is fighting back.

A Republican state committeeman from Duval County, who was removed from his DULY - ELECTED COUNTY POSITION by the RPOF has filed suit in District Court, joined with the Florida Republican Assembly, against Evan Power in his position as Chair of the RPOF. The case is about the RPOF and its unlawful removal of FRA members and county REC members, who are MAGA conservatives, from party leadership. Because this case is currently being heard, I cannot provide you with additional information. Rest assured, I will as soon as possible.

Know, though, that, due to harassment and legal threats from the Defendants (Power and RPOF) the Duval County chapter of the FDRA has been temporarily dissolved.

RPOF is harassing and threatening legal action to a group of free citizens who want to belong to a Judeo-Christian group of America First supporters. From the perspective of a free citizens, the RPOF has a problem.

For several years, since the first election of DeSantis as Governor, county Republican organizations have been refusing membership to newcomers who appeared to be America First. I have had personal reports of this from several counties, including some very close to Tallahassee. I will not name them, as they might becomes victims of DeGov’s party organization.

The battle was thrown out in the open last spring, in two separate yet related, incidents.

First, a 12 year - RPOF National Committeeman, Peter Feaman, wrote, in May of 2024, an open letter with the warning:

“Know this: the Tallahassee establishment will fight like mad and use ANY MEANS NECESSARY to win this election for their preferred candidate”. That candidate was NOT Donald Trump, as you will see when you read on.

Mr. Feaman had been a member of the Republican Party of Florida Executive Committee for two decades, when he wrote this letter. The party had cleverly removed his seat as a voting National Convention delegate (very Pro-Trump) when he was out of reach on a vacation, of which he had notified the party bosses in advance. Then, that same month, came the cease and desist order from the RPOF sent to the Florida Republican Assembly (FRA), for its use of the elephant as a symbol and the word, “Republican”. This had been the case since the FRA was incorporated in Florida in 1998. Also, the Elephant and the Word have both been used for the Party designation for over 100 years.

The FRA is a Judeo-Christian group of conservatives with chapters in 18 counties, and big Trump supporters. They sit on county committees all over the state. The RPOF is trying to stop that.

Words like “ludicrous” immediately come to mind. So do words like religious discrimination. Either one you choose, it is still DeSantis’s state Republican organization vs. America First constituents.

In addition to the “cease and desist” order, the RPOF began to eliminate MAGA Republicans, especially members of the FRA, from their county Republican Executive Committees - and, therefore, representation within the state organization. If you’ve followed this substack, you know about the story of the ongoing disenfranchisement of citizens in Manatee County. If not, read their story. It is but one example, albeit a prime one.

As I researched further, and spoke to America-First Republicans around the state, I learned more of the depth and breadth of the problem. There is a network working with the RPOF, and this group includes State supervisors of election, developers, realtors, and big business professionals. Therefore , it is quite possible that the real reason for getting America First Republicans out of positions of voting power is about something more than their support for the candidate that crushed DeGov in the primaries.

America First people tend to dislike the big business push that has already overdeveloped parts of their state. They vote AGAINST developers who want to flood the state, literally and figuratively, and I believe that this may be the crux of the issue. Tallahassee has linked hands, and possibly pockets, with big international developers, of the UN Agenda 21 and -30 variety. They have already passed legislation taking zoning controls from local areas. Read about the “Live Local Act” carefully couched yet obvious, here.

America First folks have the habit of putting America first. ALSO, they are just darned moral, and don’t take bribes easily. Ok, I should have said “compensation” or payoffs” or “fixes” but sometime the direct approach feels like the best. I have been informed of several instances of this kind of behavior, but will not speak out at this time, until there is more information on that subject.

Whatever, what Tallahassee wants CANNOT be unconstitutional. Remember the book, Ron? It was all about following the founding documents…

My mind just keeps returning to Peter Feaman’s warning, that the RPOF WILL USE ANY MEANS NECESSARY to get what they want. Are we talking school yard bullies, or state-level politicians who have eyes on higher office?? I am glad that the Duval Committeeman has taken this to the next level; I hope the Circuit Courts in the 4th Juducial District of Florida are more open-minded than are the politicians in Tallahassee.

In closing, I do have to marvel, yet again, at how many still reflexively support DeSantis. Are they big on the number of times that he has “head-faked” his constituents, by promising one thing, then producing another behind closed doors? Or is it that they have somehow missed his Bush/Globalist political upbringing? Maybe, it’s the little lifts in his shoes. Or are they just clueless?

Whatever and however, if we are going to fix this Republic, and ensure its course to freedom, folks have to stop believing in fairy tales and see what is really happening. Trump is showing us, daily, where he stands. It’s the others - jealous or bought or just filled with hate - that we must watch for.

Just sayin’...

Now a case has been filed in the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial District, Duval County, by Mr. Robin Lumb, a duly-elected Precinct Committeeman, and member in good standing of the Duval County Republican Executive Committee (DCREC), recently reelected to a second four-year term of the Florida Republican Assembly, Inc., bringing complaint against Evan Power as Chair of the Republican Party of Florida. At challenge are the cease and desist order in re: the use of the word and the symbol, and the removal of Mr. Lamb from his duly elected office because of his associatiion with the Republican Assembly, Duval County chapter.

Sadly, a county of free citizens iin the state of Florida, has had to dissolve their chapter of the Florida Republican Assembly, a group which they chose to join, because of the legal threats and harrassment of the defendants in this case, RPOF Chair, Evan Power and the RPOF.

In closing, I will remind you that in a Constitutional Republic, its citizens are free to join any group, and worship at any way they choose. The Florida Republican Assembly is a Judeo-Christian organization. The Republican Party of Florida has chosen to declare them unwelcome. NB: Jews and Christian Conservatives of Florida; You are NOT welcome in the Florida Republican Party, nor are your America First patriot friends.
