The Florida chapter of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) proudly welcomes Sheriff Richard Mack, CSPOA Founder and nationally recognized constitutional advocate, for a special event prior to the Florida Sheriffs Association Conference.
Why This Matters:
Sheriff Mack's landmark Supreme Court victory against the Clinton White House and the Brady Bill helped reaffirm the 10th Amendment and the role of local authority in upholding the Constitution. In Florida, 44 of 67 counties have already taken local action to defend the Second Amendment. Now, in response to COVID-era violations of the 1st, 2nd, 5th, 9th, 10th, and 14th Amendments—as well as breaches of U.S. Code Title 18—it’s time for counties to take broader action.
