Fox 35 in Orlando reported that Florida has the highest foreclosure rate of any state in America— this according to a report by ATTOM Data Solutions.

Regarding Florida cities, Orlando comes out at number 3, with Tampa at number 1 and Jacksonville at number 2.

Garrett Wymer, Fox 35 Digital Journalist, discussed the report findings— and the state of the real estate market— with Lawrence Bellido, President of the Orlando Regional Realtors Association.

Bellido said that about 1000 people per week are still moving into central Florida, presumably part of the continued exodus out of Blue States.

Rounding out the top 10 are (2) South Carolina, (3) Illinois, (4) Delaware, (5) Nevada, (6) Ohio, (7) Iowa, (8) Maryland, (9) Utah, and (10) California.
