The program offers structured, high-quality training in areas such as campaign management, civic engagement, communications, and leadership development

Barbara Casanova, RNHA's National Secretary said, "I have been a student and guest faculty for the Leadership Institute, and I am honored have a role in enhancing Hispanic representation nationwide. By focusing on cultural awareness and practical application, "Growing La Familia" prepares Hispanic conservatives to effectively represent their values, pursue elected positions, and strengthen their communities."

Sandy Moyer, Chair of the Republican National Hispanic Assembly of North Carolina, assisted in coordinating the event. She said, " The Leadership Institute's training session was both thorough and timely. Recognizing the importance of effective communication and engagement, the training placed a strong emphasis on understanding the growing Hispanic demographic. It aimed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to message effectively and make a meaningful impact. As the Hispanic population continues to grow, and it is growing exponentially, the ability to message effectively will be crucial in making a lasting and positive impact in our communities. We are thankful for the Leadership Institute investing in our organization.”
