Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections Candidate Chris Gleason, who alleges he was fraudulently prevented from obtaining a free and fair GOP primary election recently against incumbent Julie Marcus, has filed an election challenge in Pinellas County Circuit Court.
The case has national implications as many of the methods allegedly used in Pinellas are likely used across the United States.
