Never a dull moment in the dark corridors of Sunshine state politics!

Autumn Jacunski, a Lake County GOP Precinct Committee member, had her hand slammed in a door by Vice Chair Mike Trainor, as he tried to prevent her from entering a meeting last week in Leesburg. Ms. Jacunski hand was injured enough to force seeking medical treatment at an emergency room of a local hospital.

So much for freedom in Florida!

What’s about Leesburg?? That was also where DeSantis ordered Trump fans - who were just standing in a parking lot wearing Trump gear and waving Trump signs - REMOVED while he signed his book about freedom in a Books-a-Million store in the mall there.

Now an elected member of the GOP Committee in Leesburg was sent to a hospital for trying to have “The Courage To Be Free”, and participate in local politics. Dear God.

Does DeSantis even realize how utterly stupid he looks??

OH, wait…he’ll say he had nothing to do with it. The “Commander in Chief” of Florida, handing out those self-serving coins, is NOT in the know about party happenings??

Guess he would make a pretty bad POTUS.

Ms. Jacunski is suing. As she should. She is represented by Anthony Sabatini, attorney and former Lake County GOP County Chair.

The current Lake County GOP Chair, Taylor Yarkowski, was installed by Tallahassee a few months ago. There has been much controversy about the direction of the party, in Lake County since that time.

But Yarkowski made a public statement about how proud he is of what is happening in Lake County.

It takes a special jerk to make that statement on the heels of a scout mom being injured for trying to participate in Republican politics in the state of Florida. That “special jerk” is also a member of the Florida state legislature, D25 Rep, just so you know.

Governor DeSantis either knows about this back-room garbage or he does not. Either way, he is NOT Chief Executive material.
