After months of overt lawfare from the Florida Republican Party, America First/MAGA Conservatives are asking the resignation of both the Party Chair, Evan Power, and Chair of the Rules Committee, Bill Helmich.

Of course, for someone to resign voluntarily requires morals, the realization that they’d done something(s) wrong. That wouldn’t be the case here. Only massive public outcry and/or DeSantis, finally seeing that his State is NOT happy with his actions behind the scene for some time. If he were to sense that he might be damaging his political career, he MIGHT ask these two of his henchmen to step aside.

Either way, citizens of Florida - ALL citizens of Florida - must tell Tallahassee “NO”!! Florida is NOT a communist state, where people are told with whom they can associate and for whom they must vote.

MAGA/America First Republicans demand the resignation of FLA GOP Evan Power / Bill Helmich

The Issue

While most American celebrate Christmas, The Florida GOP led an effort to purge MAGA/America First Republicans from the party if they would not cave to the local Republican Executive Committee (REC) orders to support establishment leadership. Hundreds if not thousands of Republicans, practically all MAGA/America First Republicans who prescribed to Judeo-Christian values and were holding politicians to those moral standards, were thrown out. The party lied, deceived, and intimidated members in order to toe the line and split the party using the same lawfare used against Trump and the same crooked election strategies that the democrats used in federal elections.

History: The Florida Republican Party went to war against the Florida Republican Assembly because the FRA hurt establishment candidates throughout the state by endorsing MAGA/America First candidates in primary elections, including an endorsement of President Trump and demand that Governor DeSantis get back to work running Florida, while the establishment led state party leaders were trying to remove Trump from the ballot. The FRA successfully fought against the RPOF and kept Trump on the ballot.

The RPOF then attacked the FRA saying that they were illegally using the logos of the party. This is not true. The has intellectually protected property of its own registered with the state and older than the grandfather laws require for organizations unchartered (or unowned) by the state Republican Party.

Therefore, losing the confidence of its members and looking at a red wave which would have led to a reform of RPOF, potentially with America First/MAGA leadership, RPOF went on an offensive by purging these Trump supporting members and rewrtign bylaws giving them the ability to due so, even though they broke their own new bylaws in doing so by failing to give notice, due process, or follow timelines as outlined by the new or old rules. RPOF also made it impossible to remove chairmen even for malfeasance or misfeasance.

This petition is an attempt to make things right and return the party back to the MAGA/America First movement by demanding that Evan power and Bill Helmich step down as chair and executive director of the party. The following demands are also made:

The Republican Party under the misguided leadership of Evan Power and Bill Helmich have initiated a soviet style purge of America First Republicans, without due process and in violation of the bylaws of the party. This purge is being executed under false pretenses which if true, would have been resolved in a court of law, not as a purge of individual members through intimidation and coercion.

This blatant lack of leadership, shameless disregard for fair and transparent elections, and traitorous behavior against faithful MAGA and America First Republicans, responsible for red victories across the state in spite of, not because of the Florida GOP, have made the continuance of the Evan Power and Bill Helmich regime contrary to the well-being, growth, and success of the Republican Party.

To that end, I along with thousands of other Patriots across Florida respectfully request Governor Ron DeSantis ask for the immediate resignation of these and other complicit officials at the Republican Party.

It is time for our state party leadership to understand that modern day American conservatives are not asking, but demanding integrity, transparency, and honesty, from those who lead, not just lip service to our Judeo-Christian moral standards, but adherence to them.

In addition to the immediate resignation of Evan Power, Bill Helmich, we also demand the following actions:

1. The immediate reinstatement in good standing with voting privileges to all purged members of the RPOF suspended by the Mark Cross led Grievance Committee

2. The immediate suspension of Mark Cross, chairman of the grievance committee from the Republican Party for gross malfeasance

3. The immediate suspension of William Stafford Jones, of the grievance committee from the Republican Party for gross malfeasance

4. The immediate removal of the other grievance committee members from the grievance committee and an entirely new set of members with a mandate for transparency

5. An immediate end of the purging of MAGA/America First members regardless of other organization affiliation and the opening of rolls to allow in new membership

6. An immediate end of the war against the Florida Republican Assembly

7. An immediate cessation of RPOF anointing of representative candidates including in RECs with the open, free, and transparent REC elections in every county

8. The cessation of dark money campaign expenditures against Republican candidates

9. Suspension of all expenditures to or involving LGBTQ activist and dark money operator Anthony Pedicini, SIMWINS, or associated firms for the destruction of Republican candidates and campaigns, directly harming the future of the Republican Party

10. Suspension of all expenditures to or involving Ramba Consulting or associated firms for the destruction of Republican candidates and campaigns, directly harming the future of the Republican Party

11. Immediate return of language to the model constitution regarding the ability of its members to remove their chairman through a vote of no confidence

12. An immediate reestablishment of the Manatee County Republican Executive Committee with the leadership resulting from the most recent election intact and reinstalled

13. An oath requirement for all Florida GOP leadership that instead of demanding loyalty to the Party, requires ethical, transparent, and moral behavior as a perquisite to serving in any party position.
