Will “birthright citizenship” be our Hiroshima?
The Chinese are a patient culture. Birthing Chinese babies on USA soil is a long-range, stealth weapon to take out America. While Iran sends terror cells to destroy cities and kill Americans, the Chinese give birth. Then, bring those children home to China and teach them to hate America.
The American Left supports ABORTION - aka, MURDER - for OUR children, while they defend the concepts of anchor babies and illegals living in the US. Think about that.
Our own Supreme Court is “considering” the issue. The ruling will be in June.
When the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution was adopted, July 1868, it was designed to guarantee citizenship and civil rights to formerly enslaved people in the post-Civil War Reconstruction era. It established the constitutional rights of citizenship, equal protection, and due process, for former slaves after the end of the Civil War, to force Southern states to respect the rights of the freedmen. Pray that SCOTUS knows this.
But, in reality, they may not, or may not care. Listen to Chief Justice John Roberts on the subject He said recently, about the case currently under review, “It certainly wasn’t a problem in the 19th century.” WHAAAT??
When Pres. Trump’s solicitor General, John Sauer, former Missouri Solicitor General, appointed in 2025) told Roberts that “8 million people are but a plane ride away from becoming US Citizens”, Roberts replied, “Well, it’s a new world, but the same Constitution.” Even more frightening, Barrett and Gorsuch questioned Sauer’s statement.
The Chinese are largely using sperm instead of bullets and bombs to take over America, and the anti-Trump crowd is all for it.
I say, “largely” because there are also incidents such as occurred in Florida, last month. The Chinese-American siblings who tried to bomb MacDill Air Force Base (FL) last month, are the children of illegal aliens, and therefore “birthright citizens.”
It is CONSERVATIVELY estimated that, as of 2030, there will be over ONE MILLION voters, born on American soil and raised in China with Chinese hatred for the US, who will come here to cast their ballots for communism.
Donald Trump won in 2024 by 1.8 million votes.

On the first day of his second administration, Trump issued a Birthright Citizenship order entitled “Protecting the Meaning and Value of American Citizenship. He argued that ‘the Fourteenth Amendment has never been interpreted to extend citizenship universally to everyone born within the United States. Donald Trump understands.
Many Americans could not see why this was an issue of immediate concern.
The 14th Amendment reads, “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States”. Easily stretched to suit the Left today, but NOT the intent of the framers, when “birthing vacations” or border invaders were not even part of anyone’s thoughts.
In 1868, 13 Southern states stood against the amendment because they considered it punishment for losing the Civil War. The very idea of slaves becoming free men, with rights of a citizen, ran against their beliefs. Now, that same American Left, supports illegals over Americans.
It feels correct to say that the 14th does doesn’t apply to children of ambassadors or hostile invaders, and was never intended to.
How did we come so far, again in the wrong direction?
Peter Schweitzer, in his recent book, The Invisible Coup: How American Elites and Foreign Powers Use Immigration as a Weapon, says that “weaponized immigration began in 1979 with the Mariel boat lift, organized by Fidel Castro of Cuba. Schweitzer added that “more than 70 percent of the newborns in Saipan, part of the Marianas Archipelego, today are born to PRC (Peoples Republic of China) “birth tourist” parents who utilize the Marianas Islands territory’s forty-five-day visa-free visitation rules and the ‘Covenant of the Northern Mariana Islands’ to guarantee that their children will have American citizenship.
I believe that THIS is where the boom in the birthing attacks on us really began.
The Boat Lift, while the beginning of a much larger and continuing undeclared war against the US, came five years AFTER the Marianas Covenant. The Boat Lift was after Jimmy Carter signed the Marianas Covenant. Good old Jimmy.
Most Americans do not even KNOW about that Marianas Covenant.

The Northern Mariana Island, (consisting of Guam and the Marianas), are located in the Western Pacific, 5974 km from Los Angeles. They were administered by various colonial powers, including Spain, Germany, and Japan, before coming under U.S. control after World War II. Following the war, the islands were designated as a United Nations Trust Territory, administered by the United States.
This remote territory acts as a strategic U.S. military hub. AND a convenient place for Chinese to go on a nice little “vacay” to birth babies. There is a two-week visa granted for each stay of a Chinese citizen in the island.
Because of the Covenant, children born there are considered to be US citizens. THIS is what Donald Trump is trying to change.
The Covenant of the North Marianas Islands, was approved by Congress, March 24, 1976 (Public Law 94-241; 90 Stat. 263); and signed in 1976 by a representative of the Globalist/Leftist tool, Pres. Jimmy Carter. The purpose of the accord had been to establish the Marianas as a Commonwealth which was in ‘political union’ with the US.; to support self-determination for its people; establish a site for US bases and a point of political stability in the Western Pacific.
Its provisions were implemented over the next ten years, and, in 1986, the Marianas had many of the same rights as US citizens.
President Trump has made reference to this covenant, as he sought the SCOTUS opinion. Trump understands what is happening there, while over 90% of America does not. The Left is using the President’s comprehension of the situation against him, because they know that WE don’t fully understand the dangers of birthright citizenship to our free Republic.
Only 35 years ago, it was DEMOCRATS who were opposed to birthright citizenship.
Harry Reid, in 1993, introduced a bill BANNING it! But today, Democrats have become full blown socialists, and have been joined by the anti-American RINO trash of the Right.
I am grateful that, on his first day as “47”, Trump acted. For us. For our existence as a free Republic.
Once again, I am grateful for him. Forget his style…This kind of perception about balancing power and deal-making, which seems unique to President Trump, has become a pillar of strength for America.
Today, birthright tourism trend is exploding in our faces, both through Marianas birthing, the alien invasion here in the USA, and surrogacy, the implant of sperm in utero of a paid carrier, and the birth of a living child therefrom. Only TWO states in the US, Louisiana and Mississippi, restrict the concept of surrogacy, or prohibit the arrangement. AZ, IN, TN, VA, and WY restrict it and require additional legal steps. All the other 43 US states, allow it unfettered.
One Chinese gaming billionaire has fathered 100 - 300+ children using surrogates, and is raising them in a CA mansion.
Something else to put to your legislators.
And, THIS is why it is crucial:
By 2030, which is the midterm election after the 2028 Presidential election, it is estimated that well over ONE MILLION Chinese “birthright citizens” will be here in America, all grown up and ready to vote. Already, by 2023, it is estimated by various sources, 9% of all US births were to non-citizens.
However, some sources report that SCOTUS seems ready to rule against President Trump’s Executive Order ending birthright citizenship. I pray that is only leftist diatribe.
If this happens, in a few short years we may have lost the vote which we are trying SO hard to certify as clean and honest, for this coming election.
Birth tourism will succeed in taking over our nation, if we allow it. Trump gets it; I pray that SCOTUS does too.
The decision is expected to come down in June, 2026, in plenty of time for midterms.
