NOW, DeGov Worries About Betraying Voters!

Desantis was quoted this morning, as saying, “If George Washington rose from the dead and came back and tapped me on the shoulder and said, ‘Will you appoint Joe Gruters CFO?’ my response would be, no, I can’t do that without betraying the voters that elected me,” DeSantis said, recently,according to Florida Politics.”

Governor, in your attempt to denigrate Trump, Gov, you hit on something that glares back at you, shining the light on who and what you are.

Forget Gruters, about whom there is a lot of questions from many quarters, as to his loyalties. Think on DeSantis and “betraying his voters”.

There is history there!

This is the same Governor who has crossed his little fingers and shovelled the BS to his constituents on election integrity, medical freedom, and insurance rates to name a few. He has become famous for promising one thing and doing another.

Realize that he has stood quietly behind RPOF’s “rules” chair, Bill Helmich, as Helmich prevents people from ASSOCIATING WITH MAGA GROUPS.

Of course, we KNOW that the RPOF has removed duly elected citizens from county offices, sent law enforcement to prevent entry to public meetings and thugs to take over agendas of the peoples’ chosen subjects.

Think how he stood behind his Totallytarians while they breached our Constitution and removed duly elected representatives of the people from offices, red AND blue.

Remember how DeGov supports and uses the Dark Money as PAC donations are hidden and shuffled. Think, “Hope Florida”, and the $10 million donation from Centene, the managed health care giant. Republican Rep. Alex Andrade led a House panel looking into the Hope Florida scandal. That probe ended last month, but outlined a series of damning revelations about the flow of money from Centene’s settlement to the Hope Florida Foundation and then through dark money channels that supported Uthmeier’s anti-pot committee.

Remember how the state has plunged toward the UNAgenda “Green energy” push for solar, under his Governorship, costing rate payers extra billions for unreliable energy while destroying thousands of acres of agricuture and green space in the process.

Don’t forget DeGov’s signing off on “experimenting with” the use of radioactive gravel from phosphate mining in state roads, and the Live Local Act which removes the ability of individual counties to determine the uses of their lands. Both, in 2023.

Don’t forget how he VETOED the $150k annual budget for a Veterans Treatment Court in Santa Rosa County. Just last month.

That was just a quick review.

It seems that the concern over being unconstitutionally removed from office has spread to the Blue side. Even the Democrats worry about their Governor.

Jerry Demmings, D, Orlando Mayor, recently signed the new updated illegal alien agreement against his better judgment, as it required sheriffs to transport illegals in their jails to Alligator Alley. Currently, Orlando is short nearly 20% of its staff of corrections officers. Orlando runs its own jails and Sheriff’s Department.

Demmings did so, he said, because he was concerned that DeSantis may have arrived in town to announce his removal, although he did not have direct knowledge of that. Since Desantis suspended the Orange-Osceola County States Atty., Monique Worrell, DeGov has both parties in deep distrust of his moves.

It would not be the first time DeSantis targeted removing an elected official in Orange County, one of the bluest parts of Florida. In 2023, says Florida Politics.

In 2022, DeSantis suspended State Atty., Andrew Warren, D, over abortion and gender transition issues. This case was dismissed by the State Supreme Court, but DeGov got his hand slapped by a federal judge for violating Warren’s rights of free speech.

Back in Sept, 2024, of course Florida Politics (Blue) was on Tallahassee’s side when the RPOF attacked Manatee County elected officials, reporting that the move was in response to county crime and corruption. Typical, yet when the shoe is on the other foot…. See article for reminders.

Both “R” and “D” party members are, however, beginning to come together on many issues, as the Totallytarian anschluss continues. BOTH parties are your constituents, Governor, and it seems that BOTH parties are in agreement with your unconstitutional ways and are concerned about them.

In a unanticipated way, you are bringing people together. Unintended consequences can be very interesting.

De Gov, as we already know, is BIG on ignoring the US Constitution . . . . To remind you, his RPOF just sent notices to state Republican groups FORBIDDING any contact with an America First election integrity group, Reclaim Campaign. The leader of that group, Raj Dorisamy, said that Tallahassee’s actions were reminiscent of those of Zimbabwe war lords. See my substack from July 29, “RPOF Acting Like Zimbabwe Thugs”. Ron’s thugs had done this before, to the Florida Republican Assembly (FRA), and other America First groups. They’re getting good at it.

Happy to report that the Reclaim Camapign conference, held in Venice, FL, last weekend was a huge success!

What would George Washington think? I believe our forebearers of liberty would have been at the Reclaim conference instead of applauding Tallahassee.

Note to DeGov: What a horrible job of governance!! Do you have any CLUE as to how bad you look?? Do you think this will help you in your next grab for the brass ring at 1600?? Your raw ambitions are showing, and they’re not pretty.

I had started out today, to cover what changed in the way of results since Tallahassee’s unconstitutional assaults on their constituents. What would have been different if those Fake Voter Guides and strong-arm tactics hadn’t entered Florida politics.

I still will, but this was just too good to pass up.

Ah, yes, Gov. Your spoke of , “If George Washington tapped me on the shoulder….” Here’s what he would tell you, I believe, and why.

General Washington supported our republic and freedom of its citizens. He and his American patriots gave their lives and fortunes to form our Union of free people. The founding fathers gave us a free republic “IF WE COULD KEEP IT”. Pretty sure he would have some harsh words to share with DeGov, about what is happening to freedom in the state he leads, and DeGov’s positioning against that freedom.

General Washington might well have approved of artist John MacNaughton’s rendition of “Crossing the Delaware”, above, and looked askance at someone in office today, attacking everything Trump and America First. Donald Trump is trying to bring back the Republic for which Washington and our nation’s founding patriots sacrificed, and which is being ruined by the likes of the Marxist/Globalists/TOTALLYTARIANS.

Think on this and SHARE it all over. PLEASE. There are more DeSantis moments yet to be had, both nationally and in the formerly free state of Florida, and freedom-loving Americans need to be ready.

People need to understand the Dark Side of DeGov.
