Miami, Florida - Support for Trump has been increasing in recent weeks, as inflation continues to decline, gas prices too, and Americans feel safer under the Republican administration. I doubt any candidate could compete with him or his successor in 2028. Trump is here to stay!

Donald Trump declared that Putin has gone mad with the latest horrific attacks on Ukraine. Putin has always been “crazy, evil, and ruthless.” Nothing new there. Well, let’s see how this mess unravels. Putin became chief of the KGB, and three of his successors included Yuri Andropov, Lavrenti Beria and Felix Derzhensky, all very bad men.

The sham elections for state governors and members of Congress in Venezuela were an outright failure for President Maduro and his followers. Not even 10% of eligible voters showed up at the polls. As a result, with a ridiculous turnout, the government’s candidates won all the governorships except one. Meanwhile, they continue to imprison and disappear upstanding citizens, and many detainees remain missing. What’s happening in Venezuela has moved beyond unacceptable to ridiculous. The time to act is now. No more delays. It's time to remove Maduro, Diosdado, and the other apparatchiks from their posts. Now is the time to give the Venezuelan people the freedom and the chance to have a free homeland, as they voted months ago for Edmundo and María Corina. Giving people freedom, however, often causes them to not value it. Enough is enough!

Nancy Pelosi commented that she believes Rahm Emanuel will run for President in 2028. Heavy-handed, dull, a trusted man of Barack Hussein Obama with no personality or charisma. God help us! Rahm is Jewish, although secular, and will get no traction with the Jihadist wing of the Democrat party.

Charlie Rangel, the problematic Democrat Congressman from New York who supported the Castro regime for a long time, died in New York at age 94. He held very important positions in Congress but also faced serious corruption investigations.

Photos of Brigitte, Macron’s wife, slapping her husband have gone viral on social media. Upon arriving in Vietnam, they declared it was all “a little game” between the two of them. What a way to play! This is what happens when you marry an older man.

Juan Pablo Panigua, a trusted man of María Corina Machado, has been detained in Caracas along with 50 others, including businessmen, politicians, and opposition members. They were preparing to challenge the election results and the population’s absenteeism. This is the right moment to attempt to overthrow President Maduro.

Jo-Ann, a fabric and crafts store, closed 444 locations nationwide in April. It now announces the closure of its remaining stores. It had been operating for over 80 years.

Three Democrat Congressmen have died in recent months, creating a problem for the Democrat Party in the House of Representatives, where the margin with Republicans is minimal. At the moment, the difference is only eight seats. The year 2026 will be crucial for both parties.

Democrat Congressman from West Virginia Gerry Connolly died of esophageal cancer. Republican Congressman Mario Díaz-Balart reported the news immediately and recalled Connolly’s bipartisan work.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio confirmed that Chevron will cease operations in Venezuela after May 27. Even though other officials have made contradictory statements, Marco Rubio was firm in his remarks, and I don’t believe that President Trump will take a position different from what Richard Grenell recommends.

Another talented Miamian has been appointed ambassador. This is Bernie Navarro, whom President Trump selected to represent the United States in Peru. Bernie is a brilliant businessman and founder of Benworth Capital in Coral Gables. We wish him great success in this important role.

A horrific crime occurred in the U.S. capital when a young Mexican-American man shot and killed two Israeli Embassy officials in Washington, D.C., Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Lynn Milgrim, at point-blank range. The young couple, who were dating and planning to get engaged in Israel next week, were leaving the Capital Jewish Museum. These hate crimes cannot be tolerated in this country, and we hope the full weight of the law is brought down on the murderer, who shouted “freedom for Palestine” after attacking the young couple.

Pepito says to Jaimito: “Yo no sabo” (a grammatically incorrect way of saying in Spanish: "I don't know"). Jaimito responds, “No … it’s said ‘yo no sepo’” (also incorrect). An old lady who was listening to them argue said: “Listen, children, it’s neither ‘yo no sabo’ nor ‘yo no sepo.’” “Aha! So how is it said?” “Yo no sé.” “And if you don’t know, why are you butting in?”
