Doral, Florida - Donald Trump has just won re-election as the 47th President of the United States. In the course of running for re-election, and even before his disputed defeat in the presidential election of 2020, he has been tested beyond the ordinary limits of human endurance. Nevertheless, he has persevered and prevailed. In effect, through him America has persevered and prevailed.
Endured Democrat Lawfare
Trump has endured the lawfare unleashed by Democrats, and it has now fallen apart. This lawfare was coordinated by the White House, starting with the totally unnecessary raid of Mar-a-Lago in the summer of 2022. Thereafter followed wrongful prosecutions and allegations:
1. The case of the alleged sexual assault of E. Jean Carroll in Bergdorf Goodman was completely fabricated. The New York state legislature had to extend the statute of limitations for just this one case, and the entire process was funded by progressive billionaires, including Reid Hoffman, founder of LinkedIn.
2. The case brought by Leticia James, the Attorney General of New York, for over-valuation of real estate assets to obtain mortgage loans was totally baseless. What developer does not exaggerate the value of his assets? What lender does not know that and conduct his own appraisals? This was an alleged crime without a loss or a victim.
3. The case brought by Alvin Bragg, Manhattan District Attorney, with respect to the accounting treatment of a legal expense for a non-disclosure agreement resulted in convictions for 34 felonies. Nevertheless, the biased judge has postponed sentencing while Trump’s legal team appeals his convictions. These convictions will almost certainly be reversed on appeal.
4. The case of Racketeer-Influenced and Corrupt Organizations brought by Fani Willis, District Attorney of Fulton County, Florida, and her paramour Nathan Wade, in front of a Democrat judge who could not conceal his partiality, has now rightfully stalled.
5. The insurrection charges brought by Jack Smith, Special Prosecutor for the United States Department of Justice, had no empirical basis in the first place, and the Supreme Court eviscerated the charges by holding that a sitting President has limited immunity for the performance of governing activities.
6. Finally, the case of mishandled classified documents brought by Smith in the Southern District of Florida was dismissed when the District Judge found that Smith had been wrongly appointed in the first place, before even considering the question of whether Trump was being treated unfairly compared with how other Presidents had handled classified documents.
Ashley Moody, Attorney General of Florida, failed to defend Trump, a Florida resident, from the onslaught of all this wrongful Democrat lawfare. That defense had to be started by the Attorney General of Missouri, the Show Me State, a few months ago. Fani Willis was partying in Miami during June this year without being served with papers for her wrongful prosecution of Trump.
Other barriers put up by Democrats included the Secretaries of State of Colorado and Maine refusing to put Trump’s name on the ballot. It would not have mattered anyway, because he won 312 votes in the Electoral College without those states, but fortunately the United States Supreme Court promptly ended those shenanigans.
Some Democrat Congressmen have threatened to oppose the certification of Trump’s election victory, on the grounds that he participated in an insurrection, but fortunately they remain in the minority.
Trump Triumphant
In the course of his political career, starting in June 2015, Trump has vanquished all the major factions in both parties, including:
1. The Bush Dynasty, which has been the unworthy successor to the Reagan legacy. Poppy Bush ridiculed Reagan’s policies as “voodoo economics” in 1980 during the Republican primary elections. Then in 1988 he became President on Reagan’s coat-tails, but he had learned nothing and forgotten nothing. Poppy Bush broke his promise of “no new taxes,” and as a result, third-party presidential candidate Ross Perot won 19% of the popular vote and Slick Willie Clinton was elected with 43% of the national popular vote. Trump learned from Perot’s failure and never went third-party. The place to fight RINO’s is in the party primary elections.
2. Dubya Bush was better than Gore and Kerry, but he was inarticulate. He left us with a financial crisis, dubbed the Great Recession compared with the Great Depression. If Republicans can’t manage the economy, then what can they do? He also gave us the TSA-Transportation Security Administration, two forever wars for nation-building in the Middle East and Central Asia, and the proclamation that Islam is a religion of peace. Dubya’s failures in office opened the White House doors to the Friar Johann Tetzel of American civilization: Barack Hussein Obama.
3. Trump also defeated the Jeb! Bush campaign in 2016, and since then has driven out of office such other cowardly, corrupt and incompetent RINO’s as Mittens Romney, Pauli Ryan and Mitch “The Turtle” McConnell.
4. The Clinton Crime Family received a surprise upset in 2016 from which it has not recovered. Slick Willie was not a totally bad President. He teamed up with Speaker Gingrich to give us a balanced budget by the end of his administration. Hillary was always an ineffective politician riding along on her husband’s coat-tails, until she ran into a more energetic and approachable candidate in Trump.
5. The McCain Mafia in Arizona, which delivered Maricopa County for Biden in 2020, out of hatred for Trump. This hatred was fomented when Trump made disparaging remarks about McCain during the presidential campaign of 2016, and was on display during McCain’s state funeral in the summer of 2018. They would rather have a Democrat in the White House than Trump. In return for this electoral support, Cindy McCain was named by the Obama-Biden 3.0 administration to head the food program at the United Nations.
6. Governor Kemp of Georgia and his successor as Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger, also contributed in delivering that state to Biden by some 11,000 votes. Every state-wide elected official in Georgia is a Republican, but all of a sudden Georgia voted for a Democrat President and two Democrat United States Senators? Not likely!
7. The Biden Crime Family has finally met its match. Joe Biden is a serial child abuser: he showered with his daughter, he turned his son Hunter into the family’s bag-man, and he ignores his grand-daughter born out of wedlock in Arkansas.
8. Kamala Harris is neither black nor African. Her father was from a British slave-owning family in Jamaica, and her mother was an Indian Brahmin, the highest level in the Hindu caste system. Nevertheless, in 2020 Barack Obama picked her for Vice President as the most politically-capable black woman in America, despite that she had dropped out of the presidential primary in December 2019 because of lack of support. She was an Affirmative Action and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion appointment, similar to Claudine Gay, former President of Harvard University. “DEI” means “Didn’t Earn It!” Trump outworked her on the campaign trail.
9. Finally, Trump has dealt a serious setback to the Obama Caliphate after three terms of the Obama-Biden administration. In 2017 Obama became the only former President to stay in Washington after his term in office was completed. Instead, he settled into a walled mansion in the Kalorama neighborhood about a mile from the White House. There he ran a shadow government during the Trump 1.0 administration, and acted as de facto President during the Obama-Biden 3.0 administration. During his second term, Obama had taunted Trump at a banquet dinner where Trump was sitting in the audience. Obama read a tweet from Trump saying that Obama was America’s worst President. Obama replied that at least he was a President, something that Trump would never achieve.
Evil Will Oft Evil Mar
J.R.R. Tolkein, author of The Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings trilogy, was a professor of Anglo-Saxon language and literature. One of their expressions that he brought to life was: “Evil will oft evil mar,” meaning that evil will and intentions are often blunted and made ineffective by their evil execution and implementation. That is what has happened to all the woke rhetoric, political lawfare and assassination attempts conducted by progressive Democrats against Trump.
Those evil intentions were on display in the raid on Mar-a-Lago, the mug shot in Fulton County Jail, and the assassination attempts in Pennsylvania and Florida. These tactics have backfired and instead contributed to Trump’s victory.
The Trump Train is returning to the White House in January. Heck, it is already having an effect!
