Florida Republican Assembly In Process of Considering Counter-Suit Against The RPOF

The RPOF recently threatened the Florida Republican assembly (FRA) with a “cease and desist order”, in an attempt to forbid the FRA and several other conservative organizations, from using the image of the elephant and the word, “republican”. See “War of the Elephants” .

The FRA has been using their logo and name legally in the state of Florida since 1998, and nationally, since the 1930’s. They, of course, consulted legal counsel about this ridiculous move.

What they found is a complete embarrassment to the RPOF:

This same attack, on another group using the Republican name, had been tried by the RPOF decades ago - and, THE RPOF LOST THEIR CASE!!

Didn’t you always think that elephants had good memories?? Yeah…. Guess today’s RPOF brain trust missed that one. Or fired off without thought. Neither is a good look.

Today’s RPOF must be desperate, in order to attempt such a blatantly stupid and incendiary move. Those who aren’t laughing at DeSantis’s PPP (Party Power Punks), are mad as hell.

Regardless of whether Floridians feel angry or derisive, the RPOF has alienated millions. DeGov, as we know, had a badly failed POTUS campaign. Even in his home state, on Primary Day 2024, he came in a VERY distant third to Trump (81.6% ) and Nimrata (Nikki) Haley (13.9%). DeGov won only 3.7%.

The RPOF didn’t need to add fuel to the fire of their own demise.

How embarrassing in your own state! Seems to me that DeGov had destroyed whatever popularity he had. Remember that “big red wave” in 2022? Yeah. So much for what was, even then, a rather suspect “victory.”

All the RPOF has done by attacking Judeo-Christian conservatives is bring more people to their cause, which is the restoration of our Constitution and body of laws. They have also brought more people to the Trump train, which is picking up speed daily.

The RPOF has also caused the FRA and others to spend their money - meant to go for good constitutional conservative candidates and programs - on lawyers. PLEASE donate what you can to the FRA. go to their home page, to learn how you can help.

In closing, I will tell you that the RNC is also involved in the attack on our Constitution, through a back-room plan to nominate someone OTHER THAN TRUMP - DESPITE THE OVERWHELMING VOTE HE HAS FROM THE PEOPLE.

With all those pledged delegates, you might ask? Yes. With Lara as Co-Chair? YES! They seem to be preparing a few “rules changes” on a national level, and are currently at work removing Trump delegates like Peter Feaman (See “The RPOF Now Purging Its Own”) in other states.

The Globalist RPOF could care less what you want. Remember that, and clean it out at your first opportunity.
