This week the Pinellas County Election Fraud Mafia and their various co-conspirators sent out a text message to all of the republicans in Pinellas County Florida telling them that there was no fraud or issues in Pinellas County Elections.

This is a categorically false statement. It was made and paid for by the Pinellas County Election Fraud Mafia that has the levers of power of the Pinellas County Republican Executive Committee. This was not approved by the rank and file republican members of Pinellas County… A major violation…

The day after that text was sent out, many Pinellas County voters received a mailer from Ed Hooper, candidate for Pinellas County State Senate.

Even more ironic, Ed Hooper voted for the Florida Election Fraud Legalization Act also known as SB7050. For those of you who don’t know, this bill was signed into law by Ron DeSantis, it essentially legalized the hiding of precinct level election data regarding the “100% Blank Ballots”. These are the “BLANK BALLOTS” that have been used to disenfranchise tens of millions Americans nationwide. This bill passed with an overwhelming majority. I suggest that you read it and see who voted for it…

“We the People”, as voters must educate ourselves before we go to the polls and express our “voter intent” and “consent to be governed”.

Yesterday, I read an article about a truly vile predator who stole $100 MILLION from special needs trusts.

This individual is only a slight step above a pedophile in my personal opinion. His name is Leo Govoni. Who steals money from the most vulnerable, like this victim?

Ed Hooper took campaign contributions from Leo Govoni. These funds were irrefutably derived from the looting of these special needs trusts.

Now for the really shocking part folks… It seems that quite a few of the members of the Pinellas County Election Fraud Mafia took illegally looted special needs money.

Pinellas County Republican Executive Committee aka PCREC took $5,500.00 not once, but twice, for a grand total of $11,000.00

So the “Pinellas County Republican Executive Committee” leadership Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Secretary aka the PCREC leaders took looted funds from special needs trusts.

The text message that the PCREC sent, is an in kind campaign finance contribution to Julie Marcus. Furthermore this text message making false claims was sent out to Republicans without a vote by the PCREC members.

In fact, the Pinellas County Republican Executive Committee Leadership cancelled their August meeting to prevent me from speaking at it.

Wonder why they would do that? It is a clear violation of their county charter. It is also a violation of the rules for the Republican Party of Florida (RPOF).

Did you know that the RPOF is currently chaired by Evan Power, a lobbyist for “FSE, INC”, the illegal lobbyist organization for the voting machine companies and the Florida Election Fraud Mafia?

For example, in Florida, individuals involved in a scheme to use straw donors to funnel illegal contributions into a mayoral campaign were indicted for conspiracy and other related crimes.

5. Public Disclosure and Damage to Reputation: Such violations typically become public, leading to significant damage to the campaign's reputation. This can undermine voter trust and negatively impact the campaign's success.

6. Compliance Measures: Campaigns caught accepting illegal funds are often required to implement strict compliance measures to prevent future violations. This could include enhanced training for staff and stricter oversight of contributions.

Overall, the consequences for accepting illegal money can be severe, including financial penalties, legal action, and lasting reputational damage.

Under Florida law, several specific provisions under Chapter 106 of the Florida Statutes would apply if a campaign fails to return illegal contributions, such as funds embezzled from special needs trusts:

1. Return of Illegal Contributions: Florida Statutes Section 106.08(7) mandates that any contribution received in violation of campaign finance laws must be returned to the contributor within 7 days after the candidate or the campaign treasurer becomes aware of the violation. If the contributor cannot be located, the funds should be reported and transferred to the state for deposit in the Election Campaign Financing Trust Fund.
2. Penalties for Failure to Return Funds: If a campaign does not return the illegal contributions, Section 106.19(1)(d) outlines that any person who willfully accepts a contribution in violation of Chapter 106, or who fails to return such contribution, is subject to civil penalties. These penalties can include fines equal to three times the amount of the illegal contribution. Additionally, any such violation is also subject to enforcement under Section 106.25, which can lead to further penalties including misdemeanor or felony charges, depending on the severity of the violation.
3. Reporting Requirements: Section 106.07(5) specifies that all contributions and expenditures, including the return of illegal contributions, must be accurately reported in the campaign's financial disclosure reports. Failure to do so can result in penalties under Section 106.265.

These statutes collectively ensure that campaigns are held accountable for the proper management of contributions, including the obligation to return funds that are found to be illegal​​.
