I was asked to speak in Sarasota County by Graham Ledger to a wonderful group of patriots who are deeply concerned about the massive misfeasance, malfeasance, neglect of duty, election fraud and treasonous actions by bad actors who have infiltrated all levels of our local, state and federal governments.

The group had specifically asked me to discuss the “Ballots Cast - Blank” issues that my friend and teammate Chris Quackenbush had first identified in Lee County Florida. The issues identified are quite significant and are part of a larger nationwide election fraud enterprise occuring in every state that we have looked into.

Ron Turner has been asked repeatedly for the full audit logs for Sarasota County. He has yet to provide them to any Sarasota County voter who have requested them.

What Ron Turner’s office has provided thus far have been “Official Election Records” and “Official Public Records” that have been altered to conceal evidence of fraud.

Interestingly enough this activity is a 3rd degree felony in Florida under Florida Statute 838.022(1)(a), Florida Statute 838.022(1)(b), Florida Statute 838.022(1)(c), Florida Statute 838.022(2)(b), Florida Statute 838.022(3). For anyone following the activities of the Florida Supervisors of Elections Inc, will clearly see that this RICO operation and its members have all been engaging in “OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT” and meet all of the requirements to be successfully prosecuted.

Ron Turner did you alter the DS-DE 40 forms that your office provided to us when we made public records requests?

Ron Turner was it someone else in the Sarasota County Supervisor of Elections Office who illegally altered election documents and provided them to us as part of a public records request?

The documents that the Sarasota Supervisor of Elections provided were altered documents as part of an official public records request.

What was altered? What was missing?

The definition of what a “BLANK BALLOT” is…

We has requested the DS-DE 40 Form in it’s original electronic format. The DS-DE 40 form is an “OFFICIAL PUBLIC RECORD” required to be filed by the Supervisors of Elections Office by December 15th.

This is a statutory requirement under Florida Statutes Section 101.595(1).

The DS-DE 40 Form in its native file format is an Excel Spreadsheet with TWO TABS. One of these TABS are the INSTRUCTIONS PAGE.

Take note of Line #11 - It references DE-DE 40 Form SECTION I Field #5 which defines the field called “Blank Ballots”.

The first TAB contains a definition of what a “BLANK BALLOT” is.

Apparently, this “ISSUE” once brought up is now being debated internally with the Florida Secretary of State, Florida Division of Elections, Florida Supervisors of Elections Inc and Ron Turner’s office.

They are debating what the meaning of what the word “is” is…

Personally, based on the events I have personally witness in Florida over the past 36 months I am more inclined to believe that they are looking for more ways to draft more legislation to hide the evidence of their election fraud mafia RICO enterprise just like they did when Ron DeSantis signed SB7050 the Election Fraud Legalization Act into existence.

Ron Turner does not want you to know what a “BLANK BALLOT” is…

Under whose direction were these “OFFICIAL ELECTION DOCUMENTS” and “PUBLIC RECORDS” altered and uttered?

Did these individuals act alone? Who instructed them to “ALTER” these official records?

RON TURNER'S OFFICE PROVIDED ALTERED DS-DS 40 FORMS FOR THE NOVEMBER 2018, NOVEMBER 2020, AND NOVEMBER 2022 ELECTION TO US IN JUNE 2023 IN RESPONSE TO A PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST.

WHY?

Ron Turner has been stating that “BLANK BALLOTS” are not “BLANK BALLOTS” they are claiming that what is shown as a “BLANK BALLOT” is really a single page of a multi page ballot that has no votes on it. In reality, that would be considered undervotes, because using that logic there would be double or triple the number of ballots being shown as cast relative to the number of voters.

Using that logic the numbers of “BLANK BALLOTS” across all the municipalities using ES&S tabulators would have large numbers of “BLANK BALLOTS” as well.

This is sadly for them NOT the case… We know… We have the reports…OUCH…

So being the good sport that I am, I suggested to Ron Turner to simply hand over the FULL, UNREDACTED AUDIT LOGS, SYSTEM LOGS, ERROR LOGS…

Sadly, Ron Turner instead is choosing to claim to hide behind the Sarasota County Attorneys, Cord Byrd, and Maria Matthews claiming that they can’t release PUBLIC RECORDS, that they ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE per the Florida Constitution and NUMEROUS Florida Statutes.

One would think that the GUY who is the president of the Florida Supervisors of Elections Inc would know this.

Oh, look at this…

Do you think that altering election documents to conceal election fraud and hiding the illegal adjudication of ballots is conducting transparent elections?
Do you think that voters in Sarasota County will be happy knowing that the ballots that they have been casting were not being accurately cast and counted according to their intent?
Do you think that people would go out during early voting, on election day and through vote by mail and cast a 100% BLANK BALLOT?

Ron Turner thinks that you are stupid.

According to the altered 2022 DS-DE 40 that was provided via the public records request we see that there were a great deal of “BLANK BALLOTS”.

On the “OFFICIAL FLORIDA STATE AUDIT FORM” required under FLORIDA STATUTE 101.595(5) we see?

So which is it Ron Turner?

Is the number of “BLANK BALLOTS” 17,284 or NA ?

Could this be one of the many reasons that Ron Turner and the Florida Election Fraud Mafia are trying so desperately to hide behind illegal denials of Public Records Requests that violate Florida and Federal laws ?

Poor Ron Turner… Maybe if they redefine what the meaning of the word “IS” is they can escape prosecution for their treasonous subversion of our elections?
