Mohamed Magid is the imam and the spiritual leader at the All Dulles Area Muslim Society in Sterling, Virginia. He is also an operative of the Muslim Brotherhood.
All Dulles Area Muslim Society (ADAMS) is one of the largest mosques in America, located in Sterling, Virginia and serves 5,000 Muslim families. ADAMS offers a wide variety of services. Some are of religious nature such as Islamic and classes in Arabic, while others are non-religious such as Boy and Girl Scouts. Imam Mohamed Magid has been Executive Director of this mosque since 1997.
During the Obama administration Magid served as an advisor to the White House and a multitude of federal departments. He met with President Barack Hussein Obama very frequently. The Sudanese-born Magid (aka Hagmagid Ali) was also president of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), a terror-supporting organization and known front group for the Egypt-based Muslim Brotherhood’s operations in America.
Mohamed Magid was born in northern Sudan in 1965. He studied Islam under African Sunni scholars, one of whom was his own father, the Grand Mufti of Sudan. In 1987 Magid immigrated to the United States, where he took college courses in psychology and family counseling and taught classes on the Quran at Howard University in Washington, D.C. In 1997 Magid became imam of the ADAMS, a mosque located in Sterling, Virginia. Soon he became involved with the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA). He served first as its East Zone representative and later as Vice President, and finally elected as President in September 2010.
When President Donald J. Trump gave his Inaugural Address in January 2017, he stated that he wanted to “eradicate Radical Islamic Terrorism from the face of the earth.” Later, at the National Prayer Service in Washington, D.C., a prayer was offered by one of its most dangerous practitioners: Imam Mohamed Magid, a top leader of the Muslim Brotherhood in the United States. A group of religious leaders who belong to Faith Leaders for America were shocked because they knew that Magid was part of the very radical Muslim Brotherhood in America.

Faith Leaders For America Denounce Imam Mohamed Magid; Call On President Trump To Designate Magid’s Terrorist Muslim Brotherhood
“Mohamed Magid is the lmam of the All Dulles Area Muslim Society (ADAMS) mosque complex in Northern Virginia, one of the most Sharia-adherent and jihadist in the country. He was also for two terms, the president of the group that the U.S. government has established in court as a Muslim Brotherhood front, the Islamic Society of North America. In fact, it is the largest Muslim Brotherhood organization in the country.”
“At a National Press Club press conference, the newly formed Faith Leaders for America warned that the Muslim Brotherhood is part of a “death cult” of Sharia supremacism and expressed their strong support for Donald Trump’s declared determination to designate it a terrorist organization. In a joint statement issued on the eve of Mr. Trump’s inauguration, the 75-member multi-faith group of clerics and spiritual leaders told him: We want you to know you have our prayerful support as you begin to counter jihad and protect Americans from Islamic terrorism. When you label the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization, we support you.”
“It is unclear how a top Muslim Brotherhood operative would be allowed to participate in an important public event organized for the new President of the United States. But Faith Leaders of America urges President Trump to make this the last event in which he is put in such company and that he moves as swiftly as possible to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as what it is: a terrorist organization.”
PARTIAL DOSSIER ON SHARIA-SUPREMACIST MOHAMED MAGID
The David Horowitz Freedom Center also denounced this radical Imam and, together with the Investigative Project on Terrorism, found the following:
“ISNA has a troubling history, however, and its leadership ranks beyond Mattson include people who date back to the group’s foundation by Muslim Brotherhood members. The organization grew out of the Muslim Students Association (MSA), which also was founded by Brotherhood members. The Brotherhood is an 80-year-old Egyptian movement that seeks to spread Shariah, or Islamic law, far and wide. Federal prosecutors included ISNA on a list of unindicted co-conspirators in the Hamas-financing prosecution of the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (HLF). ISNA is listed among “individuals/entities who are and/or were members of the US Muslim Brotherhood.” The trial ended with guilty verdicts on 108 counts in November 2008. Its conferences have featured rhetoric in support of terrorist groups and other radicalism. This continued at the 2009 convention, where panelists expressed extreme anti-Semitism and support for the terrorist group Hizballah.”
“Another group, the Assembly of Muslim Jurists of America (AMJA), which counts Magid as a member, published an article in 2008 written by Hatem al-Haj, a member of its fatwa committee, giving religious justification for not cooperating with authorities. Al-Haj wrote it was “impermissible” for Muslims to work with the FBI because of the “harm they inflict on Muslims…The AMJA issued a fatwa in August 2011 stating that zakat could be used to support legitimate Jihad activities.”
“As investigative journalist and counter-terrorism expert Patrick Poole reported in PJMedia in 2012, Magid had tremendous access to and influence during the Brotherhood-friendly Obama presidency: Mohamed Magid is the Obama administration’s go-to guy for Muslim outreach and advise on international affairs and counterterrorism. He is a regular visitor to the White House (even when the administration wants to conceal it), on the US Middle East policy at the State Department, he counsels the Department of Justice to criminalize defamation of Islam, he entertains the deputy national security adviser at his DC-area mosque, and he serves on the Department of Homeland Security’s Countering Violent Extremism Working Group. He also advises the FBI and many other federal agencies. He has also been profiled by Time Magazine and the Huffington Post has even dubbed him “America’s Imam“. His ubiquitous presence across the Obama administration undoubtedly makes him the most influential and sought after Muslim authority in the country.”
“Former Department of Homeland Security counter-terrorism official Philip Haney told the Senate Judiciary Committee last July that Magid was one of the Muslim Brotherhood-tied individuals that had a key advisory role in the Obama DHS:…In the Spring of 2010, at least six individuals with known affiliations to MB front groups, including Omar Alomari (MAS and several other MB-linked organizations), Mohamed Magid (ISNA), Mohamed Elibiary (HLF leaders), Dahlia Mogahed (CAIR, ISNA, MAS & MPAC), Nadia Roumani (American Muslim Civic Leadership Institute AMCLI), and Los Angeles Deputy Mayor Arif Alikhan (MPAC & the Islamic Shura Council of Southern California ISCSC), were appointed to the Countering Violent Extremism (CVE) Working Group, which was convened under the authority of the Homeland Security Advisory Council (HSAC).”
On August 11, 2021, Adelle M. Banks wrote an article published by the Religious News Service website saying that Mohamed Magid was appointed to the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF). It is known that the Joe Biden regime and the power behind the throne, Barack Hussein Obama, were the ones responsible for the appointment. Banks explained that Magid stated “I’m looking forward to work with the wonderful members of the commission and the staff of international religious freedom commission to advance religious freedom around the globe and to be the voice of the voiceless,” he told Religion News Service. Magid said then he was “honored and humbled.” “It is indeed a divine privilege to work together with others to ensure that every person has the right to freely practice their beliefs.”
Banks said that the Commission on International Religious Freedom is a bipartisan commission that issues an annual report on global religious liberty and deterioration of human rights. Its members go on trips and make recommendations to the State Department regarding which countries are the worst religious freedom violators. “We very much welcome the appointment of Mohamed Magid to the Commission,” USCIRF Chair NuryTurkel said in a statement. “His breadth and depth of experience on a range of international religious freedom issues will be a tremendous asset to USCIRF going forward.” Magid, a native of Sudan, is the executive imam of All Dulles Area Muslim Society Center and has worked with the United Nations Development Programme to train imams dealing with extremism and violence against religious minorities in West and East Africa.
Banks stated the following: “A former president of the Islamic Society of North America and current co-president of Religions for Peace, Magid has played a key role in numerous declarations and dialogues bringing together global leaders of different faiths, including the Marrakesh Declaration, unveiled in 2016 in Morocco. I hear other people’s perspective and then we can come away with a common understanding of what’s unique on an issue, he told Georgetown University’s Berkley Center for Religion, Peace, and World Affairs in a January interview. The challenge is to ensure that out of our discussion or conference somebody will say, We want to take this to the next level. Magid also is the co-founder of the Multi-faith Neighbors Network, which seeks to foster relations between evangelical Christian, Jewish and Muslim communities, and recently was named a thought leader with Interfaith America’s Vote Is Sacred initiative.”
Who is this Islamic “hero” Imam Mohamed Magid who the New York Times and other media lavish and praise as a moderate?
DiscoverTheNetwork did an article on Mohamed Magid on February 21, 2015. It explained that Magid accused the Bush administration of waging a “war against Islam and Muslims.” Magid said that media references to jihad as “holy war” constitute a “misuse” of that term.
President Obama named Magid as an advisor to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in 2011. The imam insisted that DHS erase from its “Countering Violent Extremism” curriculum any suggestion that Muslim terrorism draws its inspiration from the laws and doctrines of Islam. The Imam Magid, like Obama who is a hidden radical Muslim, is making this false claim. Magid was authorized to train and advise personnel in the FBI and other federal agencies. Obama invited Magid many times to meet with him in the White House and soon became the most influential and sought-after Muslim authority of the Obama administration.
Supported strongly by Obama in his new DHS role, Magid requested the then radical leftist Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perez, later Secretary of the Labor Department, allow him to meet regularly with top Justice Department officials and FBI agents. Imam Magid began to reeducate Justice Department and FBI agents on Islam and its followers. Any criticism of Islam or objective analysis of the Quran was forbidden as Imam Magid characterized it as “religious bigotry and hate.” Even worse, Magid and other Muslims demanded government officials to ban the practice at airports of conducting the extra security checks on passengers traveling from several Islamic countries. This practice had been instituted since a Nigerian Islamic terrorist tried to blow up a passenger plane flying over Detroit on Christmas Day 2009. The Islamic terrorist was labeled the shoe bomber.
It was incredible that President Barack Hussein Obama told the United Nations that “the future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam.” Only a radical Muslim would say that!
President Obama has always defended the information suppression advocated by the Muslim Brotherhood and by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIS) made up of 57 Muslim nations. The OIS wants the Western countries to criminalize any individual who criticizes Islam or its prophet even though the U.S. Constitution and that of the Western nations provide for freedom of speech and freedom of the press.
Telling the truth about the Prophet Mohammad that he was a warrior who killed thousands of Arabs and others who did not want to convert to Islam, is not slander. Regardless of what President Obama told the United Nations, in the United States we have the right to say whatever we want about any religion and its leaders. And yes, the future, despite what this Marxist and hidden radical Muslim in the White House said to the United Nations, does belong to all Americans.
Sadly, the Obama administration support for Magid, who is a Muslim Brotherhood operative disguised as a moderate Muslim, led DHS to carefully sanitize from its “Countering Violent Extremism” curriculum any suggestion that Muslim terrorism draws its inspiration from the laws and doctrines of Islam as stated earlier. DiscoverTheNetwork pointed out that in 2012 the FBI purged some 700 documents and 300 presentations from its training materials and lesson plans.
On March 8, 2013, Magid and ten religious leaders met with President Obama for a 90-minute conversation about immigration reform. Also present at the meeting was senior White House adviser Valerie Jarrett, who was born in Iran and whose grandfather was a communist, as well as her father-in-law Vernon Jarrett. Three days later, Magid took part in a meeting with Obama where the president listened to “recommendations designed to help him prepare for his upcoming diplomacy trip to the Middle East.”
Magid had met with Obama in the White House the day before the president gave an important speech to officials of the Department of State. The next day Magid was invited to the Department of State to hear President Barack Obama’s speech, where he stated for the very first time of any U.S. president that Israel needed to go back to the pre-1967 boundaries. This meant that Israel must return the Golan Heights to Syria and a half of the country to Jordan. This, of course, has been a long-term objective of the Muslim Brotherhood and its political party of Hamas in Gaza. These two groups as well as Iran want to destroy Israel. On October 7, 2023, Israel was viciously attacked by Hamas terrorists in Gaza. These beasts massacred 1,400 soldiers, babies, children, elderly, women, and men. Hamas sympathizers in America, Europe, the Middle East, and many other nations marched in the streets and colleges yelling “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.” The meaning was that from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea all Jews would be killed.
It is obvious that President Obama was advised during his eight years in office to promote the views of the members of the Muslim Brotherhood, which he has allowed to infiltrate during his administration. In addition to his DHS work, Imam Magid has also served as advisor to the National Security Council and has been a member of the FBI’s Muslim, Sikh, and Arab Advisory Board. The Muslim Brotherhood first step to the conquest of our nation and the West is information suppression. President Obama aided and abetted this suppression of the truth about his own hidden faith Islam by having the manuals of the Pentagon, Justice Department, DHS, CIA, FBI, and other federal agencies remove any criticism or objective evaluation of Islam. This action endangered our national security and has been denounced by retired admirals and generals.
Imam Magid was born in northern Sudan in 1965. The Muslim Brotherhood regime of Sudan has assassinated over 400,000 Christians. Malik Obama, President Barack Obama’s half-brother is the Executive Secretary of the Islamic Da´wa Organization (IDO) of Sudan as reported by all major Saudi Arabia media. The IDO was created by the government of Sudan, a nation which is considered by the State Department as a terrorist nation. It is incredible that the president’s brother, Malik Obama, worked as an official of an organization in the worst terrorist Muslim Brotherhood-controlled country in the world!
The Muslim Brotherhood bloody dictator of Sudan, Omar al-Bashir, was accused by the International Criminal Court (ICC) of seven counts relating to crimes against humanity. The government of Sudan has been committing genocide and crimes against humanity for several years against the Christian population in the southern part of that country. Christian women are being raped and Christian children are being kidnapped and forced to live with Muslim families in the Islamic part of the country. This is the same thing that the Islamic State Caliphate did in Iraq and Syria.
Dictator Omar Hassan Ahmad al-Bashir ruled in Sudan from 1989 until 2019, when he was overthrown in a coup d’état. On April 17, 2019, al-Bashir was moved from house arrest to Khartoum's Kobar Prison. He had been convicted of money laundering and corruption. He was sentenced to two years in prison.
DiscoverTheNetwork said that in March 2002 federal agents raided the premises of many northern-Virginia-based Muslim organizations, including ADAMS, on suspicion that they were providing material support to terrorists. This initiative was the largest investigation of terror-financing ever conducted anywhere in the world. Soon after the raids had been completed, Magid held a public meeting in the town of Sterling, where he encouraged “community building” among the groups that were being investigated. To this meeting, he invited many radical Muslims, among them Nihad Awad, the pro-Hamas Executive Director of Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). Awad told the angry group: “This is a war against Islam and Muslims. Our administration [the Bush administration] has the burden of proving otherwise.”
Despite Magid heading ISNA, the largest Muslim Brotherhood front organization and coming from the Muslim Brotherhood country of Sudan and his combative track record, he is seen in the media and political circles as a moderate Muslim. The Huffington Post called Magid “America’s Iman.” In 2005 Time magazine published a lengthy profile of Magid indicating that he was seen as a voice of moderation and explaining that he works closely with the FBI. The article in Time magazine explained that Magid “regularly opens doors for FBI agents trying to cultivate contacts in his Muslim community and alerts the bureau when suspicious persons approach his congregation.”
DiscoverTheNetwork explained that in 2005 Magid’s mosque ADAMS website showed a list of speakers who had recently appeared at the mosque. Among these individuals were “ADAMS chairman Ahmed Tontonii, who was indicted in Operation Green Quest and was named as a defendant in a $1 trillion lawsuit filed by more than 600 surviving relatives of victims who had died in the 9/11 attacks, and Johari Abdul Malik, an Imam who had defended numerous Islamic radical and terrorist figures.”
World Net Daily (WND) published an article entitled “White House official praises Muslim Brotherhood leader” on March 8, 2011. The article explained that Deputy National Security Adviser Denis
McDonough while visiting the All Dulles Area Muslim Society in Sterling, Virginia in the Washington area lavished praise on Imam Magid, who happens to be a top leader of the radical Muslim Brotherhood in America. One FBI veteran said regarding the White House, “They are so ignorant, this is unbelievable bullsh–.”
WND pointed out that during his speech at the All Dulles Area Muslim Society in Sterling, Va., McDonough singled out the mosque’s imam, Mohammed Magid, for praise. He stated the following: “Thank you, Imam Magid, for your very kind introduction. I know that President Obama was very grateful that you led the prayer at last summer¹s Iftar dinner (dinner at the end of Ramadan) at the White House. Thank you, also, for being one of our nation’s leading voices for the values that make America so strong, especially religious freedom and tolerance.”
WND explained that the Justice Department recently implicated the Islamic Society of North America, or ISNA, in a criminal conspiracy to fund Palestinian terrorists. U.S. prosecutors, in fact, designated ISNA as an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorism-finance case in U.S. history, the Holy Land Foundation trial. They also identified ISNA as a U.S. front group for Hamas and its parent, the Muslim Brotherhood.
The federal judge ruled the government provided “ample evidence” to support ISNA’s involvement in the foundation’s conspiracy to underwrite terrorism and declined ISNA’s petition to remove its name from the list of co-conspirators. WND explained that FBI investigators stated that this ADAMS mosque is a Muslim Brotherhood-controlled property. It has been cited for distributing hate literature and oppressing women. Last decade, ADAMS was singled out by the Freedom House as one of the top distributors of Saudi-sponsored anti-Semitic and anti-Christian dogma. The mosque’s board of directors includes key Muslim Brotherhood figures in America. “I’m sure McDonough doesn’t know that the chairman of the board at ADAMS is Ahmed Totonji, one of the original Brothers in the U.S.,” said the FBI official in Washington.
According to the book Infiltration: How Muslim Spies and Subversives have Penetrated Washington (2008) by Paul Sperry, federal investigators have uncovered hundreds of thousands of dollars in checks endorsed to ADAMS by Muslim Brotherhood leaders and organizations whose offices were raided after 9/11. The book quotes a longtime ADAMS Center member who said that all Muslims are united in a kind of blood pact under the “ummah,” the worldwide Muslim Brotherhood. “If you hurt one Muslim anywhere in the world,” the man said, “it’s like hurting all Muslims.” And the Brothers will respond in kind, even if that means self-immolation on the streets of America.
Paul Sperry explained in his book that this individual stated that “Muslims are not afraid to die.” When asked about his opinion of Osama bin Laden, he replied: “We do respect him.” Why? Because he stands against “injustice and oppression,” explained the man, who works for a Beltway contractor. And even though he’s rich, bin Laden shuns palaces and walks the true walk of Islam, he added – unlike the Saudi monarchs, whom he referred to as “hypocrites.”
WND said that at the end his speech, McDonough encouraged the mosque and its leaders to continue “their efforts to strengthen cooperation between Muslim communities and law enforcement.” White House sources point out that Magid and ADAMS have also been recognized by the FBI and Homeland Security as outreach partners.
The Islamic Society of North America (ISNA)
According to Wikipedia the Islamic Society of North America is based in Plainfield, Indiana. It is the largest Muslim organization in North America. ISNA originated during a meeting in January 1963 of several Muslim student organizations, including the very powerful Muslim Student Association (MSA), which is a Muslim Brotherhood front and has chapters in universities in the United States and Canada. ISNA regards the MSA’s 1963 convention as its first one. It was held at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
The article stated that ISNA was founded in 1982 through a joint effort of four organizations: The Muslim Students Association of the U.S. and Canada, Islamic Medical Association (IMA), the Association of Muslim Social Scientists (AMSS), and the Association of Muslim Scientists and Engineers (AMSE). Many of the leaders of these four founding organizations took leadership roles in the newly formed ISNA. In 1983, ISNA completed a $21 million headquarters complex in Indianapolis using funds raised in part from international sources.
Wikipedia explained that ISNA holds an annual national convention, which is generally regarded as the largest gathering of American Muslims in the United States. In the last few years, it has been held in Chicago, Illinois, with increasing numbers attending including people from outside of North America. The convention features Islamic lectures, discussions, and debates.
As expected, the Obama administration has a close connection with this Muslim Brotherhood front organization. In 2012, the ISNA Convention was held in Washington, D.C. Deputy U.S. Attorney General, Thomas Perez, a radical who was later named Secretary of Labor, addressed the 2012 Convention. Other prominent officials of the White House have attended in the past, including Valerie Jarrett, President Obama’s Senior Advisor for Engagement, and International Affairs in 2009. Jarrett is Obama’s closest adviser and was born in Iran.
The ISNA is led by the ISNA Executive Council with decisions ratified by a Board of Directors (Majlis Ash-Shura). The ISNA Executive Council’s president was Iman Mohamed Magid, a close friend of President Barack Obama.
On October 23, 2023, Ella Ford wrote an article titled “Obama Criticizes Israel over Gaza: ‘Don’t Harden Palestinian Attitudes for Generations’” that was published in the Finish the Race website. Ford explained that former Obama originally said Israel should “dismantle” Hamas but has now criticized Israel for the way it is “dismantling” the Palestinian terror organization.
Obama wrote the following: “As I stated in an earlier post, Israel has a right to defend its citizens against such wanton violence, and I fully support President Biden’s call for the United States to support our long-time ally in going after Hamas, dismantling its military capabilities, and facilitating the safe return of hundreds of hostages to their families. But even as we support Israel, we should also be clear that how Israel prosecutes this fight against Hamas matters. Still, the world is watching closely as events in the region unfold, and any Israeli military strategy that ignores the human costs could ultimately backfire. Already, thousands of Palestinians have been killed in the bombing of Gaza, many of them children. Hundreds of thousands have been forced from their homes. The Israeli government’s decision to cut off food, water and electricity to a captive civilian population threatens not only to worsen a growing humanitarian crisis; it could further harden Palestinian attitudes for generations, erode global support for Israel, play into the hands of Israel’s enemies, and undermine long term efforts to achieve peace and stability in the region.”
These statements show that Obama continues to hate Israel and likes Hamas and Iran. Ford said that “A siege of Gaza would be lawful under international law, as an expert recently noted. Moreover, as Israel’s ceremonial president, Isaac Herzog, has noted, Gaza only obtains 7% of its water from Israel in any case. Obama ignored Israel’s long record as one of the best, if not the best, countries in the world in upholding human rights and international humanitarian law in war against a ruthless, terrorist enemy.”
As Harvard Law School professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz has said, ““No other country with comparable internal and external threats has as good a human rights record as Israel.” Barack Obama permitted the rise of ISIS after a rapid and unnecessary retreat from Iraq and after mocking the group as the “JV team.” This terrible action brought chaos to the Middle East.
Conclusion
It must be remembered that Barack Obama supported President Morsi´s Muslim Brotherhood government of Egypt until its final day in power. Obama has endangered our national security by having a close relationship with the Muslim Brotherhood connected Iman Mohamed Magid from Sudan.
It is an outrage that Obama made Sudanese-born Iman Mohamed Magid an advisor to the White House, FBI, CIA, and the Department of Homeland Security and gave him access to all these agencies that are involved in national security. Iman Magid is president of the largest Muslim Brotherhood front in the nation, the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA). This large organization was identified as an unindicted co-conspirator during the prosecution of the Holy Land Foundation in 2008.
Despite this decision, Iman Magid has helped change the training manuals of the FBI and purged documents offensive to Islam. Attorney General Eric Holder has met with him, even though his predecessor, George W. Bush’s Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez, refused to meet with Magid after the designation of ISNA as an unindicted co-conspirator.
Obama invited Magid to the White House the day before he delivered a major speech at the State Department on May 19, 2011. Magid applauded Obama when, for the first time, a U.S. president demanded that Israel withdraw to the indefensible pre-1967 borders. The Secretary of Homeland Security appointed Mohamed Magid, Dalia Mogahed, and other Islamists to its Countering Violent Extremism Working Group. How inappropriate was to invite individuals who have connections with the Muslim Brotherhood to such a committee!
It is becoming clear each day that Barack Obama is a Marxist and Islamic radical. While he was President, he allowed the Muslim Brotherhood to infiltrate his government. The established media must bring this information to the attention of the American people. Republicans in Congress must denounce it.
