Coral Springs, Florida — On October 30 this year, Media Matters for America, a globalist progressive website, issued a report targeting the Rumble show “Stern American” on an official hit list of election-related “hotspots.” Media Matters labeled the Stern show a primary platform for “right-wing election denial.” By slapping grassroots citizen-led platforms like the Stern show with institutional misinformation tags, Media Matters is attempting to raise the social and political cost of grassroots patriotic volunteering, and frighten ordinary citizens away from election-integrity efforts, such as auditing public files, reviewing voter rolls, requiring voter ID, and challenging the excesses of Vote-By-Mail.

Media Matters operates not as an independent watchdog, but as a domestic strike team for a broader globalist regime-change apparatus—built by Democrat strategist David Brock and funded by the exact same mega-donors, including George Soros’s Open Society Foundations, who pay to overthrow foreign governments and replace their leaders with globalist tools and oligarchic government.

The target of this attack is Steve Stern, an 82-year old Florida businessman and longtime Vice Chairman of the Broward County Republican Executive Committee. Stern hosts regular national election-integrity calls on his show, training volunteers to inspect public voter files, flag inactive or mismatched registrations, find duplicate entries, and execute the legal challenges allowed by state statutes. Stern’s grassroots patriotic volunteers rely strictly on official, public county records and existing law, so Media Matters and its backers cannot disprove the underlying math—and instead, they deploy media targeting to eliminate the auditors and volunteers.

When ordinary citizens auditing local government files draw direct counter-operations from a globalist progressive research apparatus, like Media Matters, it is not a routine political disagreement. It exposes a unified global operational apparatus: using moral reform language as tactical camouflage to destabilize governance, and thereby enabling connected insiders and oligarchs to capture power and establish operational control for the globalist cause.

To understand why Media Matters and other national media networks care about local county voter lists, it’s necessary to follow the money, the tactics, and the shared institutional lineage connecting foreign regime-change operations to domestic election administration.

Part 1: The Unified Financial and Operational Network
The globalist operations targeted against local American election-integrity activists do not run on isolated local initiatives. They are driven by the exact same mega-donor ecosystem, institutional foundations, and pass-through channels that have operated across Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

Key Institutional Backers & Donors to Media Matters
    • Open Society Foundations: Received a publicly announced $1 million direct grant from George Soros’s network in 2010, along with ongoing institutional support.
    • Democracy Alliance Network: Co-founded by David Brock in 2004 with backing from the Democracy Alliance—a coalition coordinating capital flows from wealthy donors into policy, media and political infrastructure.
    • Pass-Through Vehicles: Receives funding routed through the Tides Foundation, Tides Center, and Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs) like Schwab Charitable and Vanguard Charitable, which allow donors to channel capital anonymously.
    • Prominent Individual Megadonors: Supported historically by major figures including George Soros, Tom Steyer, Fred Eychaner, Deborah Simon and the late Stephen Bing.

Rather than engaging in open debate over county election records, this financial apparatus functions to raise the reputational and political costs for ordinary citizens auditing public systems. These funding channels feed both foreign and domestic operations.

Foreign operations involve non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and youth mobilization, opposition media outlets, and election monitoring groups. Domestic operations involve litigation to loosen rules, media monitors such as Media Matters, and targeting of grassroots auditors of voter rolls and poll-watchers. Both converge on the same result: chaos that weakens government so oligarchs can move in, take what remains, and set up subservient administrations to serve their globalist clause.

Internationally, this global capital funded opposition media, activist groups and NGOs ahead of disputed elections. Domestically, the exact same financial pipeline funds litigation to weaken voter verification rules, undermining the requirement of voter ID, and promoting Vote-By-Mail, while financing media monitors to attack poll-watchers and citizens auditing public records.

Alignment with State Department and NED Objectives
This pattern was aligned with U.S. State Department and National Endowment for Democracy (NED) objectives in the same period. NED is considered a CIA cutout. Allen Weinstein (a co-founder of NED) said “A lot of what we do today was done covertly 25 years ago by the CIA.”

Congress funds NED and affiliated institutes. It provided grants for election monitoring, youth mobilization, independent media, and civic training in both the Republics of Georgia and Ukraine. USAID and State Department democracy-assistance programs funded parallel work on voter rolls, observers and exit polls. These efforts concentrated resources on opposition-aligned groups and media ahead of the disputed elections.

The stated objective was free and fair elections. The operational result was street pressure that displaced the sitting governments. Open Society funding supplied complementary media, youth, and activist capacity alongside the U.S. State Department and NED infrastructure. Together they applied coordinated pressure under an appealing cover.

    Part 2: The "Bait-and-Switch" Playbook
This globalist network operates on a classic two-part strategy designed to transfer power away from local voters and into the hands of oligarchs.

    The bait is moral shielding
The global network uses moral language as an impenetrable defense. Abroad this takes the form of “promoting democracy,” “human rights” and “open society.” At home it takes the form of “expanding voting access,” “protecting rights” and “stopping voter suppression.” By wrapping its initiatives in high-minded slogans, the network automatically labels any criticism, oversight or independent audit ironically as “anti-democratic.”

The switch is creating chaos to destabilize government for capture by oligarchs
Under the cover of moral slogans, the globalist network weakens clear rules and stable administration of the electoral process so that public and private wealth can be extracted by oligarchs. This matches the historical financial playbook executed by George Soros and international hedge funds, most famously during Black Wednesday in 1992, where shorting the British pound extracted over $1 billion in profits while crashing local financial stability.

In foreign revolutions, once political upheaval crashes local exchange rates and asset prices, ordinary people lose their savings, their safety nets and their homes. Connected insiders and foreign capital then move in to acquire public utilities, land, and state licenses at fire-sale prices.

In America, the network pushes to end real-time voter ID checks, restrict citizenship verification for voting, and block routine voter roll updates. Loose rules create millions of unverified electoral records, shifting final control from clear state laws to well-funded legal teams and NGO networks operating behind closed doors.

    Part 3: Color Revolutions
The historical record reveals how this globalist network refined its playbook across two decades of foreign uprisings before applying it domestically.

    Precedents and Foundation (1989–2000)
    • Velvet Revolution (Czechoslovakia, 1989): Dissolved communist rule, establishing the blueprint for using organized civil pressure to displace state authority.
    • Bulldozer Revolution (Serbia, 2000): The first official modern color revolution. Backed by international funding and the student group Otpor!, mass rallies forced out President Slobodan Milošević.

    Classic Post-Soviet Wave (2003–2005)
    • Rose Revolution (Georgia, 2003): Grants from the Open Society Foundations and Western NGO infrastructure supported opposition media and youth groups, forcing President Eduard Shevardnadze to resign.
    • Orange Revolution (Ukraine, 2004–2005): Contested election results brought massive street rallies to Kyiv, forcing a revote that installed Viktor Yushchenko.
    • Tulip Revolution (Kyrgyzstan, 2005): Street protests over corrupt elections ousted long-time President Askar Akayev.
    • Cedar Revolution (Lebanon, 2005): Mass rallies following the assassination of Prime Minister Rafic Hariri forced Syrian military forces to withdraw.

    Suppressed and Contained Upheavals (2005–2007)
    • Grape Revolution (Moldova, 2005): Early youth-led protest efforts aimed at political turnover; failed to dislodge sitting leaders.
    • Jeans / Denim Revolution (Belarus, 2006): Demonstrations contesting Alexander Lukashenko’s reelection; swiftly stopped by state security.
    • Saffron Revolution (Myanmar, 2007): Anti-government protests led by Buddhist monks in saffron-colored robes; suppressed by the military.
Second Wave and Middle Eastern Expansion (2009–2014)
    • Green Movement (Iran, 2009): Civil protests utilizing green symbols after a disputed election; put down by security forces. President Obama sided with the Jihadist clerics in Tehran.
    • Tulip / Twitter Revolution (Moldova, 2009): Post-election civil unrest, heavily coordinated through social media and youth networks.
    • Melon Revolution / Second Kyrgyz Revolution (Kyrgyzstan, 2010): Uprisings that threw out President Kurmanbek Bakiyev (who took power in the 2005 Tulip Revolution).
    • Jasmine Revolution (Tunisia, 2010–2011): Overthrew President Ben Ali, starting a wave of regional regime shifts.
    • Egyptian Revolution (2011): Mass rallies at Tahrir Square forced out President Hosni Mubarak.
    • Snow Revolution / Bolotnaya Protests (Russia, 2011–2013): Protests against election results featuring white ribbons; neutralized by federal authorities.
    • Euromaidan / Revolution of Dignity (Ukraine, 2013–2014): Mass clashes ousted President Viktor Yanukovych.

    Modern Iterations (2014–Present)
    • Umbrella Movement (2014) & Anti-ELAB Protests (2019–2020) (Hong Kong): Civil resistance campaigns using yellow umbrellas to demand direct voting autonomy.
    • Colorful Revolution (North Macedonia, 2016): Anti-government campaigns featuring paint-throwing attacks on state monuments, forcing leadership changes.
    • Velvet Revolution (Armenia, 2018): Strikes led by Nikol Pashinyan that forced the Prime Minister to step down.
    • Slipper Revolution (Belarus, 2020–2021): Large public demonstrations contesting election results; stopped by police intervention.
    • Third Kyrgyz Revolution (Kyrgyzstan, 2020): Post-election riots that forced President Sooronbay Jeenbekov to resign.

Part 4: Domestic Application and the Bottom Line
Whether operating in Eastern Europe or an American county election office, this same network fears one thing above all else: decentralized, citizen-led verification. Massive foundation grants and moral slogans can maintain top-down control only as long as people accept the narrative. When regular citizens inspect open public records and enforce statutory rules for themselves, the bait-and-switch cover story collapses, restoring authority to the voters, stopping national chaos and thwarting the oligarchs’ destabilization and takeover plans.
