Bill Pending Makes Election Officials a Protected Class

Friday, Feb. 2, the Florida House passed a bill criminalizing “harassment of election officials”. This, despite the fact that the state already has anti-harassment laws on the books.

HB721 s104.0614: “For purposes of this section, “election worker” is defined as a member of the county canvassing board, or . . . a pollworker or other election official for elections in the state, from intimidating, threatening, coercing or harassing an election worker with the intent to impede, or interfere with the performance of his dutes, or to retaliate against an election worker.”

Violation is a first degree misdemeanor punishable by jail time.

You KNOW why this happened. Citizens are demanding election integrity, which Cord Byrd and his gang have NO intention of providing.

Remember, in totalitarianism, disagreement with the government is a crime.

A month ago, several hundred Floridians went to Tallahassee, to meet with their elected officials, and discuss two very important things. First, and foremost was election integrity. It was on `that day when Cord Byrd spoke some empty words, and happened to show a election machine security check document dated 2005, the last time the process had been updated. He has spent time since, denying that - with ample recorded visual evidence proving the date, 2005

Byrd also, that day, stated for the record that he could do nothing about checking citizenship on voter registrations. In truth - a word that apparently gags him - the state has had access to the DHS data base where that is recorded, since 2012.

Cord Byrd is the official in charge of elections in Florida. His Dir. of Elections, Maria Matthews, is as averse to integrity as is he. She is the one who demands that drivers license centers NOT inquire about that pesky citizenship thing, and tells them that they MUST offer a voter registration form along with a license application to all comers.

Now, Tallahassee has decided to go after the citizens that want the law respected, and their votes to count. This bill is blatantly directed at those who have found SO much fraud in the Florida election systems, and anybody who prefers honesty. Don’t DARE disagree with a local official, or even question a procedure. You, too, will be reminded that America is no longer free.

The House Bill moves on, now, to the Senate, SB 562, for a quick vote. Every citizen of Florida must call, Tweet, text, or email their representatives to prevent its passage. MONDAY 2/5, as early as possible.

Every citizen of another state, take heed. The hideous black hole that has eaten integrity is readily apparent everywhere. States like AZ, NV, CO, PA, MI, WI and GA, have earned national headlines for their criminal election scams.

However, EVERY ONE OF THE 50 STATES HAS ELECTION SECURITY ISSUES. Some are less obvious than others, but they all show up in vote totals, or systems set to discourage voter participation (as in large “voting centers” which combine several precincts and demand a lot more time from the voter to cast a ballot).

My favorite, in each and every state, is the official who swears that THIER machines are not connected to the internet, while every machine vendor will tell you that they are.

Get out in front of this NOW. We have so little time. If this can happen in a “the good red state” like Florida it can happen to yours.

Florida citizens have been the national leaders in proving overstuffed voter rolls, the manipulations of registrations, the casting of ballots from “undeliverable addresses” and all the rest. Their work has led the to the heart of the rot: TALLAHASSEE.

The attempt to pass a piece of legislation, the purpose of which is nothing more than covering their own misdeeds tells you all you need to know.
