Election Officials Byrd and Matthews Have Been Violating the Law!

Florida Secretary of State, Cord Byrd and Director of Elections, Maria Matthews, are either clueless or complicit. I firmly believe that they are COMPLICIT with the election fraud occurring in Florida. Both are seasoned politicians, and MUST, I believe, know EXACTLY what they are doing. If, at this point in their careers, they are still clueless to proper election machine certifications, they should be in a special school for slow learners, NOT filling a position as a state official. Read on. I am NOT making a snap judgment.

The FRA, a state-wide group of patriots who believe in our Constitution and its laws, has published a SECOND resolution asking for SOS Byrd and Dir. of Elections, Matthews, to resign from their posts immediately because they have repeatedly violated the law. This link is to the entire text of the resolution. It’s only two pages and I really think you should read it…there is LOTS of rot in the Florida elections systems.

FL Statute 101.015,Sec. 7, MANDATES updated standards for certifying the voting machines across the state. “Division of Elections SHALL review, UPDATE, and ensure that new technologies are appropriately certified for all election a in a timely manner.” As I reported in my Substack piece, "SOS! Sound the Alarm!, Florida election officials have not updated any machine security standards in NINETEEN YEARS. Complicit? Surely smells like it.

Also, “the State Cybersecurity Act, FS282.318. requires all breaches to be reported, classified and investigated.” The latest Auditor General Report, No. 2024-076 (dated Dec. 2023) said that 393 data breaches were reported statewide (over 6 PER COUNTY) YET NONE WERE REPORTED from the Dept. of State. Reminder here. Data Breaches are not just one vote.

A data breach is any security incident that results in unauthorized access to confidential information, says IBM. Think about that. Over 6 incidents per county where unauthorized access to the confidential information of voters was found. It only takes one to alter election results. Was it addresses? Votes? Voter registrations?

This Kat has a REAL inquiring mind, and I WANT TO KNOW! Floridians should, too, in re: these huge flashing signs of blatant fraud in your election systems.

More importantly, I want to know why these election officials still have their jobs. Byrd has been there through two annual certifications of the machine security procedcures, and Matthews, since she was apointed way back in the Jeb Bush administration, 1999-2007. That was also when the office of the Secretary of State was made an appointed position instead of one elected by the people. The citizens of Florida lost a lot of influence in the Bush years. Few even noticed.

The plain answer to why they are stil lin office, is that both are APPOINTED officials, NOT elected. Ultimately they answer only to their Governor, who has been busy ignoring a LOT of Florida’s problems since taking office. Like those J-6ers. But I diverge.

The Governor is involved, and that cannot be denied. He should have a response to this latest resolution, asking real election integrity, but I’m guessing he won’t. After all, right before he jumped the Sunshine Ship to enter the national political fray, he signed bill MANDATING THE USE OF THESE INSECURE MACHINES, AND DISALLOWING ANY HAND COUNTS OR AUDITS FROM OUTSIDE GOVERNMENT. DeGov had to have known the insecure conditions of voting machines.

If he did not…we have to ask that question one more time….

Is DeGov clueless or complicit? If he it that clueless as to the integrity of elections in his own state, then he should not be holding office - of ANY kind.

If Ron DeSantis is complicit, well…you’ve got a real problem on your hands, Florida. We MUST have hand-counts legalized before the 2024 election - in Florida and all the rest of the states of the Union. They are no more epensive or less secure (lol) than the machines, and I will go into some detail on that soon.
