FLORIDIANS SEEK JUSTICE!
October 26, 2023. Vires Law Group of West Palm Beach, FL, announces the filing of a detailed request to Attorney General of Florida, Honorable Ashley Moody, for a criminal investigation of Dr. Anthony Fauci and five other high-ranking federal officials, together with the Administrators of hospital systems providing patient care in Florida (the "Accused").
The filing was made pursuant to the requests of 32 residents of Florida who are next-of-kin of relatives of deceased victims who perished due to COVID-19 infection mismanagement and/or fatal “COVID countermeasure” treatments received while life-saving treatments were suppressed and denied in Florida hospitals, nursing homes, and other facilities.
The 20-page brief with exhibits requests investigation of several alleged crimes under Florida state law, including: 2d degree murder while committing acts of terrorism; 2d degree murder while committing aggravated abuse of the elderly and disabled adults; aggravated manslaughter of the elderly, disabled adults, and children; and racketeering.
The filing states that the accused violated Florida criminal law through their widespread and coordinated actions to use tax-payer money with the prosecution authority of government agencies to force healthcare facilities and providers to give Floridians “treatments” under
"COVID counter-measures” and “vaccines” they knew would cause suffering and increased mortality, without informed consent and often against the victim’s wishes.
The attorneys who extensively researched and compiled the filing, along with many other concerned citizens, believe that it is essential that the Florida attorney general and her staff conduct a thorough investigation to determine if the evidence contained in the filing (and/or other evidence found during the investigation) substantiates indictment of the accused for the alleged crimes. If the evidence provides probable cause that crimes have been committed, then it is expected that a Florida grand jury will hear the evidence and indict the accused and that the State of Florida will prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.
Presently, it is believed that no other request has been made to a state attorney general similar to this filing with the Florida attorney general. Based on the current legal landscape, if the accused are ever to be held accountable and punished for COVID-related crimes, such justice has to be delivered by a state or county level criminal court. For the truth of the victims' deaths and the suffering of their families to be heard and justice delivered, the crimes of the accused must not be left unchecked and unchallenged.

It was time and effort well spent.They did a fine job by bringing it to the forefront. Since the Governor ignored 87k CDC Deaths due to the protocol. He wanted to save 4 minority hospitals and therefore refused to REPEAL the DEATH PROTOCOL. We made his office and minions fully aware of what we witnessed and what was going on. I have to laugh when they state "The honorable AshleyMoody Esq." I mean really...there is nothing honorable about her. A true waste of flesh!
If the rest of the world would join maybe something would be done!
I know a lawyer that has the text from the filing in a word doc. If we can find some brave lawyers in every state we could do this. I'm thinking about getting that document and sending it to every lawyer in my state

Hi Suzanne, we are here, backing you up. The USA is the superpower which was attacked the worst in the world by the virus. Many, many Americans have died from covid. The UK was also badly attacked. Europe (apart from Italy) was next.

They didn't die from covid. They were murdered using hospital death protocols.
COVID was a hoax. The PCR test was a scam. They messed with the numbers and brought the cycles way way up. They should be charged with first-degree murder. It goes back to Bill Gates and eugenics and the WEF. This was an attempt to depopulate the world. This was very purposeful.
