Defense attorney Adriana Alcalde, a former Florida sex crimes prosecutor who now represents victims in those cases, said the video evidence, if accurately described by the Florida Trident’s sources, could amount to an insurmountable obstacle to a successful verdict in the case, reported Florida Trident.
“We would need to know more, but if the video shows even what appears to be consensual sex it will be very difficult to get past [for police and prosecutors],” said Alcalde, who practices in Florida and New York. “I think it could really damage the possibility of a conviction in a criminal case.”

A report from Florida Trident, and verified by other journalists, announced the Florida Chair of the Republican Party, Christian Ziegler, has been accused with battery of a menage-a-trois lover, a situation that included his wife, Bridgett Ziegler, who co-founded Moms For Liberty.
Ziegler has been accused of suppressing the America First/MAGA movement in Florida, in order to support Ron DeSantis' bid for the presidency.
The incident happened while Ziegler was alone in a resident; his wife was not there when the battery occured.
The complaint was filed on October 4 and the alleged sexual battery occurred inside the woman’s home in Sarasota, according to the report. Among the few words that went unredacted in the report are the words “rape” and “sexual battery.”
The woman, according to sources close to the investigation, alleged that she and both Zieglers had been involved in a longstanding consensual three-way sexual relationship prior to the incident. The incident under investigation by Sarasota police occurred when Christian Ziegler and the woman were alone at the woman’s house, without Bridget Ziegler present, the sources conveyed, wrote Florida Trident.
The Zieglers have risen in the ranks of GOP politics in recent years.
Sources also corroborated that a search warrant was executed on Christian Ziegler’s cell phone and that investigators continue to conduct a forensic examination of the electronic device. Christian Ziegler is also alleged to have secretly videotaped the sexual encounters between the couple and the woman, sources said.

The complaint was filed almost 2 months ago, but its still being redacted even though you have seen it and only some perfect words like rape were unredacted, yet also noted a consensual sexual relationship. LOL its like making wild accusations while playing every side of the story that seemingly contradict each other.
