Doral, Florida - There are those who fault Donald Trump for not conceding defeat in the 2020 presidential election. Instead, they point to Richard Nixon, and presumably to his so-called principled patriotism and respect for the norms of our constitutional republic. Nixon conceded the stolen presidential election of 1960, despite President Eisenhower’s urging to challenge the fraudulent results. Nixon, in some people’s view, did the gentlemanly thing and spared the country a nasty and drawn out challenge, while Trump broke the mold and would not go along to get along. Nixon’s failure to challenge the fraudulent results set a dangerous precedent and increased the hubris of our corrupt and incompetent elite, which never accepted him in any event.
It was Nixon who showed fake patriotism and disrespect for the norms of our constitutional republic when he conceded a fraudulent election. He did so because he was insecure of his social origins, having been born into a poor Quaker family in Yorba Linda, California, and attending Whittier College nearby and Duke Law School on a scholarship. He was a bright and self-made man who wanted to be accepted by our national political elite.
Stolen Presidential Election of 1960
The presidential election of 1960 was stolen: (1) in Chicago by the Daley machine and the Mafia; (2) in central Texas by Lyndon Johnson’s operators (who had stolen his election to the Senate in 1948); and (3) perhaps also in West Virginia. Nixon went along with the steal because he was insecure, due to his relatively humble origins, and sought acceptance by the national political elite. He thought that he would be accepted in the long run by conceding and playing along with their steal. He was not accepted, of course, and if anything, the elite acquired even more contempt for him, because of his cowardice. Stolen Presidential Election of 2020
Donald Trump rightly refused to concede the stolen presidential election of 2020. He is secure in his own achievements and has never sought the acceptance of our corrupt and incompetent political elite. This elite includes members of both parties, such as Republicans like Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell and Mitt Romney (“RINO’s”).
This election was rigged, by such actions as the blackout on reporting of the Hunter Biden laptop, the influence of the administrative state on all media to produce biased content, and the effect of $400 million in Zucker Bucks and other progressive efforts to get out the vote solely in Democrat districts. Plus there is reasonable evidence to question the veracity of election results in Philadelphia County, PA, Wayne County, MI, Milwaukee County, WI, Fulton County, GA, and Maricopa County, AZ. Throughout 2020 election integrity safeguards were loosened and Vote-By-Mail was expanded in response to the Wuhan virus lockdowns. Many rule changes were enacted by state judges and administrators, without legislative approval. In Georgia alone, more votes were cast from ineligible addresses than the margin of the election. Simply because the evidence did not meet the standards of courts, and they threw out many cases on the issue of standing, does not mean that concerned citizens may not reach their own reasonable conclusions based on the available evidence.
The Carter-Baker commission, formed to review voting practices after the election of 2000, reported in 2005 that Vote-By-Mail is rife with fraud. See: https://miamiindependent.com/mailin-it-in-vote-by-mail-is-rife-with-fraud/. Vote-By-Mail raises many questions: (1) Voter ID: Who is actually casting the vote? Is he alive? On the run from the law? Drugged out? Criminals can collect mailed VBM ballots and vote them as they want. (2) Chain-of-Custody: Who has access to that ballot? Is there undue influence exerted on the voter? Are voters paid for their vote, which can be seen by the payor? (3) United States Postal Service: Do you trust them to serve as the largest precinct in the country? What about all the scandals involving postal workers? Would you mail $1,000 in cash to yourself and trust it to arrive safely? (4) Signature Verification: This process varies wildly and is open to subjective interpretation. (5) Vote-By-Mail also facilitates ballot-harvesting, where that is lawful.
In addition, voter rolls are riddled with false addresses and ineligible voters, and federal statutes hamper their cleanup. When those phantom registered voters receive automatically-mailed ballots, without making a request, someone can intercept those ballots and return them filled in. Voting machines also raise questions, especially when they are connected to the Internet. Elections are run by unionized government bureaucrats who are part of the administrative state and lean left to favor progressive government by so-called expert technocrats with no accountability to the people.
In any event, Democrats like Hillary Clinton and Stacy Abrams refused to concede defeat in the presidential election of 2016 and the Georgia gubernatorial election of 2018, respectively. Democrats have no standing to ask any Republican to concede any election.
Of course, Trump was in part to blame for the stolen election, because he did not start election integrity efforts at the beginning of the election year. Instead, he delayed until after the election had been stolen, when it is always too late. He was also to blame for the steal by delegating power to our corrupt and incompetent public health professionals, led by Doctor Anthony Fauci. They decreed lockdowns, masks and social distancing, which provided the argument for the relaxation of rules to ensure election integrity. Trump deferred to elite professionals in two areas that he did not understand: election integrity and public health. He was let down in both cases.
Trump also failed by counting on the Republican National Committee (the “RNC”) and Republican parties in battleground states to ensure election integrity. The RNC had entered into a consent decree in 1982 banning it from engaging in election integrity efforts. This agreement was ended by the judge just before the elections of 2020, but the RNC did not play a forceful role, and instead let Democrat lawyers change the rules during the entire year under the pretext that loosening the safeguards against election fraud were justified as a response to the Wuhan virus lockdowns. Having been neutered in 1982 and learning to live that way, the RNC was surprised to be rehabilitated almost 40 years later, and did not know how to use its newly-restored election integrity powers. State Republican parties were not much better. RINO’s are just as much opposed to Trump as are Democrats.
In fact, Trump was part of the national elite, in real estate development and media, but not in politics until his successful campaign for President. He thought that his achievement in getting elected would make him accepted by the bipartisan political elite in the Washington Swamp. However, he was not accepted, because they saw his victory as an existential threat to their hegemony. He had come to break their rice bowls, as their Chinese paymasters might put it.
The Attack of the Chinese Emperor
The Wuhan virus pandemic was a case of biological warfare waged on America and the rest of the world by today’s Chinese emperor. He created the conditions for the removal from office of his greatest global opponent, Donald Trump, and for the coronation by the media, the Democrat machine and RINO’s in the United States of his already bought-and-paid-for vassal, China Joe Biden. The Fog of Covid resulted in the expansion of Vote-By-Mail, which the Carter-Baker commission in 2005 warned is rife with fraud, and the relaxation of other election integrity rules, so that the election results could be manipulated. Why else stop counting on election night, except to see how many more votes you need? Why else continue counting after election day, except to make sure that you find them? All delayed counting gave more votes to Biden, not Trump.
Nixon’s failure, by conceding an election that he knew to be stolen, gave us Camelot, Vietnam and eventually the Great Society. Trump’s failure to ensure that election integrity prevailed in 2020, especially in the face of the Wuhan virus pandemic, has given us the Biden Crime Family and the third term of the Obama administration. At least Trump did not concede the steal, although he did not oppose it effectively.
In 2024, it’s Trump or tyranny!
